We had a coupon so we went for dinner. I had the grilled chicken and crab cakes which was ok. Presentation was plain but portion was good. Chicken was alright but crab cakes disappointing. Good sides. Husband got chicken tenders dinner which was nice looking and tasty. Cocktails were cheap and big and mildly strong(texas tea and sangria). Not bad and worth coming back for more drinks. Desserts were strawberry shortcake– yum, and blondie– eh. Service was friendly and attentive and the place is very clean. Prices fair but food quality and prep could be better. Yes i will try it again.

Slow service, old, stale and tasteless food. I came here with two friends and we all had the same opinion of the food, not worth the money. The salad bar was okay, but nothing special. I gave them two star simply because the ruby relaxer signature cocktail was good.

Food is fine just like all other ruby Tuesday’s. The salad bar is kept nice. Always full and fresh. I work near here so I thought it would be a nice place to go for lunch. Went there twice for lunch and service was terrible. The first time our order was wrong so we had to wait for it to be fixed and then had to inhale it and we’re still late for work. Second time got salad bar and soup so it would be faster because it took forever for the waitress to come over and take our order to begin with and then the bill was supposed to be split and she charged the same card twice with the total wrong amount and we didn’t want her to get in trouble cause she charged us too little and we were late again. Never going for lunch again.

Server was great must have kitchen issues. Waited over 90 minutes forgot one dinner. Food is getting less than marginal for a chain… won’t be surprised to see the doors closed soon!

The food was ok, I believe I have never been in a dirtier Ruby Tuesday, a high top table had not been cleaned after I had been there for over one hour and empty glasses all over the bar. Not a good sign when the men’s bathroom floor is sticky, I believe only for the lack of restaurants near these hotels this place would be closed.

Went in at 8pm on a Tuesday. Had a several minute wait at host stand before anyone showed up to seat me. Table was sticky, and selection of tables was limited because most had not been bussed after previous diners. Floor was littered with refuse. Ordered a bottled beer which came warm, and waiter seemed annoyed that I wanted to order dinner at same time as drink. Though doing so didn’t matter since he went on a 15 min cigarette break and I had to wait on my entrée anyway. I stay at the hotel that shares a parking lot about twice a month, but this was my last walk across the lot for this experience. Needs a more engaged manager, I would guess.

Tonight my girlfriend and I decided to go to Ruby Tuesdays. We were seated promptly, our waiter was with us quickly to take our drink and appetizer order. When he brought our drinks out, we placed our dinner order. Then things went downhill. We did not see our waiter for another 20 – 25 minutes until he came back and mumbled an apology about the wait. Then, 10 minutes later, the manager brought out our appetizer and a couple of dirty plates. I had to grab his attention as he practically ran from our table to ask him for clean dishware. The marinara sauce cup that came with our appetizer was half full and looked previously used. We noticed we had no silverware, so my girlfriend had to walk over to the host station to grab us some. We barely started our appetizer when they brought us out our dinner, and then crammed it onto an already crowded table. The food was alright, although my girlfriend’s $ 13 Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo had 0 chicken in it. Also, while we were waiting for the check I went to the restroom, where the Host went in before me and left without washing his hands. Gross. I will NEVER go back, and I suggest you follow my lead. It’s a miracle that place is still open

0 stars. I ordered a Santa Fe quesadilla appetizer for $ 8. I got a sad, dry tortilla with sad, dry chicken and a few peppers. There was supposed to be sauce on it, but we got none. And notice I didn’t say there was cheese, because there wasn’t any in this QUESADILLA! It was cut up into four sad, tiny pieces. That means if four people each ate a piece, they would have paid $ 2 for that sad, tiny piece with minimal fillings inside. Definitely not worth it! Especially since it took so long to come out. I should have taken a picture. You would’ve cried over how sad it looked.

The only reason this place is getting a 2 star rating is because the food was good and the waiter was excellent. This may lead you to wonder how the place didn’t get a 4 – 5 star rating… well it’s quite a tale… We walk in to a fairly empty restaurant. We then get greeted with, «We can’t seat you for at least 15 minutes, the kitchen is extremely backed up». I gave my name and sat. Within in 10 minutes the 15 minute wait jumped to 25. We were called and sat at one of the many empty tables. All other customers told the«back up» story left. The waiter, Jonathan F. was excellent and attentive. We ordered quickly. Our entire meal was right near the door where every 2 – 5 minutes another party was told«We can’t seat you for at least 45 minutes due to: short on cook staff because of calling out or people being fired».(Would a real hostess admit this to customers?) By 7:30 upon entering customers were left waiting at the front, and then told the kitchen was closed… again staff called out/got fired… every time. Within the 7:30 — 8:00 window at least 30 people were turned away. 8:00 comes two gentlemen enter and get told the same jazz. They questioned the hostess simply saying, we can’t even get a burger. At this point she repeated the story. They started to leave and then asked for a manager. The«manager» probably not even 30 years of age came strolling out. He repeated the story and claimed corporate told him to close. The men became disgruntled. The manager offered no apologies. His philosophy was«It is what it is». The men and manager walked outside, but not before the entire section we sat in heard yelling. The manager and staff seemed to find the whole situation quite entertaining. We were the LAST group sat(party of 2). All others were turned away… our food came out in decent timing… I finally asked the waiter what exactly they were still cooking. He was polite, but I didn’t get much of an answer. Bottom line: turning away 30 people+ on a WEEK night seems a bit ridiculous. We won’t be returning.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. We’ve been there several times before, and it was fine. Absolutely the worst drinks I’ve ever had in my life. Beer taps were«broken». The waiter was good. Nice, none of this was his fault. The wait for everything, app’s, drinks, food, was ridiculous. The food was ok. The bathroom was so bad that if I had to go again, I would have driven over to the Fishkill Walmart. It was never this bad before. New management???

Our waiter, Greg, was really nice. That’s about it. All I ordered was chicken noodle soup and the salad bar. My boyfriend ordered sliders. We waited over a half hour for our food. I got ½ a bowl of soup that tasted like a salt lick and my boyfriends French fries were ice cold.

Good stuff. Until… I fine he often, those is actually the only location I fine at. Good is exactly as expected at this type of restaurant(Friday’s Applebees Chilis) service is consistently top notch. This particular times, however, things about bad. I had a $ 15 certificate I obtained in conjunction with a gift card purchase and they told need it was already used(which of course it has not been). This got weird because I pay in cash and was not expecting that. They did try to make up for the inconvenience by offering me an appetizer of wings. I brought those back to the hotel and literally had to throw them out a they were not fully cooked(rushed?) I’ll continue to go back if I and they can figure out what happened with the certificate

This is the worst Ruby Tuesday’s that I’ve ever been to. My friend and I waited 15 minutes to be seated, but there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. It took our waiter 20 minutes to ask for our drink orders. I ordered crab cakes. There were 2, one burned on the bottom and one about the size of a ring ding and the other considerably smaller and they were about ¾ inch thick(for about $ 13.99). No bread was offered with the meal. No one came back to see if we wanted refills on our drinks or dessert. In fact, at 12 noon, there were only 4 tables occupied in the whole place, but none of the staff was anywhere to be seen. I’ll never go back. The one in the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall a far better.

Service was prompt and friendly, place was clean and the salad bar was fresh. Had the honey bourbon chicken and grilled zucchini. It was good. Looking to come back to watch a football game on the tv’s in the bar area.

In case you’ve never read my other RT reviews at other locations I’ll make this short, sweet n to the point… AWESOME Biscuits Decent Salad Bar Good Menu Choices Decent Servers(Tonight mine was super night but also quite forgetful and constantly blamed the staff in the kitchen for the mistakes — I found it funny bc it was simple mistakes that could have been his… either way, I still liked my server.) *If you’re lucky enough to get a coupon in the mail, you can get a BoGo ½ Off an Adult Entrée.(If it doesn’t come in the mail, check out the coupon app Snip Snap — BESTCOUPONAPPEVER!)

Typical chain restaurant. Food and drinks are good and prices are fair. The lobster Mac was a favorite as well as the white chili. The salad bar is OK for the price, but nothing special. The service is always nice and that’s probably one of the reasons why they have repeat customers!

This location is not as big as the Piscataway NJ location. Big they are not, however they make up with friendly service and good food. My waitress was very attentive and extremely nice to me. The food was good. I enjoyed the New Orleans seafood with mash and the salad bar. The salad bar was really fresh. You can tell this place cares about what they serving there customers. CROWDED this night it was. but noise level was very low with the sound of Hall & Oats and other light tones. If you happen to get there during the Pumkin season. Try the Pumkin Spice cheese cake. Awesome. Cheese cake factory can not touch this. So gooooood.

What the crap? Why do people flock to chains like this one is beyond me. After coming here with family, further solidifies my reasonings that chains are the firey anus pit of the devil, and we should all support local establishments. Came here and waited for 10 mins and then our ditzy waitress eventually showed up. I asked for the larger glass of chard and we placed our entrée orders that came w salad bar for the four of us. Everyone had their drinks as I sat and waited for my wine. Does she think my ID is fake? Um… it came about 20 mins later when my migraine was splitting and the glass was hella grimy. Also not to mention she gave the typical 5oz, not the 8oz I asked for. Dumb biiiioot… Salad bar was wack. I’m used to a nice spread, with filled containers and a few choices of pasta & potato picking salads too. It was crap and the almost every item was running low except for the lettuce. Cool, let me just make a plate of lettuce to eat. Friggin tasty!!! Food came– two gumbos, fish tacos and I think my mom ordered a pork chop, idk. The gumbo was kinda spicy but blah. I’m pretty sure I put a picture up from the night I went and it just looked like mud soup. My sisters fish tacos looked so measly, lukewarm and sad. I was disgusted by the lack of flavor in everything that went into my mouth, that my appetite was gone and I just wanted to bounce out and get away from our crappy ass FAKE as hell waitress who never showed up when we needed her but instead was busy flirting with the other fugly wait staff. Cool. Never returning. BYEEEE

This is a rough 2.5 which is basically because service was a lot better than expected. They brought over the gluten free menu so it was easier to pick food for myself and the little one. They also answered my million questions. I love that they have those menus and it made life a lot easier. Food was ok. I like the healthier options of getting different veggies, like spaghetti squash which was awesome next to some grilled chicken. The cheese on the chicken had a weird taste however and the mashed potatoes tasted slightly weird as well. We all opted to pass on dessert. It’s in a good location, you can call ahead to put your name on the list(not sure how big the party has to be) and there’s a full menu listing allergen safe food(that means soy, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, MSG) which was awesome! And seriously friendly staff.
