Honestly can’t tell what youre going to get from the outside. But I walked in, went to the bar area and had a seat. I was immediately welcomed by the waiter. I ordered some wings and beer. The wings were soooooo good. Somehow they figured out how to make them crispy and covered in sauce. Something I have never found is easy for a restaurant to do. The sauce pretty good too. No to too hot at all, but had great flavor. If or when I come back to this area I will most certainly some back. The food and service were worth it.

I have not eaten here yet but have stopped in for a cocktail. The bar area is nice and attracts a more mature customer. Dennis is usually behind the bar and always makes you feel welcome. A lot of work has gone into this new location and it is spacious, clean and inviting. I hope to check out the menu soon!

Hidden away in a residential area, Michael’s offers upscale bar food. Restaurant is split into a bar and more a more formal eating area. The bar had a number of big flat screen TVs and a wide selection of beer and alcohol. The main dining area is spacious and there is also a large deck with tables you can be seated at. We decided to eat out on the patio and enjoy the weather. The wait staff wiped down the tables for us and got us seated quickly. The owner of the restaurant was there and was very friendly and nice. I had the arugula salad with added grilled shrimp — very good. The wraps were also good and the fries were excellent. Highly recommend sitting on the patio when it’s a nice day.

Last night I went there for the first ever time and was a victim of racism and discrimination. The Hudson Valley trivia host Dave treated me with disrespect and would not let me play because he said the owner of the company, Fuzzy said so. Fuzzy is not being fair and tells me I can’t play his trivia game which is a violation of civil rights. You cannot be arbitrary and capricious towards any customer, The game is supposed to be free and open to the public. I used to attend several Hudson Valley trivia events and never caused trouble or disrespected trivia hosts/staff. The fact that Michaels staff allowed one of their new customers to be treated in this manner also opens them up to legal action.

This place has re-opened. and it is amazing! I had several of the appetizers, soups and salad and ALL were superb! The salmon I ordered was very moist and fresh. I actually DIDNOT drink here… but I hear the bar is decent.

A great casual place for family and friends. A «friendly» bar, a warm and cozy dining room as well as outdoor dining on the deck. Menu provides a wonderful variety and the prices are without question most reasonable. You can bring the kids, meet friends or schedule a business lunch or dinner. I had the pleasure of meeting a business acquaintance for lunch and was NOT disappointed. My guest and I shared the«crispy» chicken wing appetizer and it was done to perfection. I had a traditional turkey club sandwich and it was more than traditional, it was over the top. My guest had the balboa and was very much impressed. I also had a taste of the balboa and found it exceptional. The service was great and I might add the owner came over several times to make sure that all was in order. A great all around traditional Americana place. As they say… Try it you will like it. I loved it!

So tonight we went to Michaels in Fishkill. We heard of this place from word of mouth and we were excited to try it. First thing we noticed is its a nice place for what seems like a small bar fromt he outside it is rather large inside, tons of TV’s. One waitress for all the tables but she was quick and friendly. Now to the wings. We each ordered an order of Hot. We also had an order of mild. My first complaint is that I like clear levels of heat and the mild was barely different then the hot. I really like my «hot» wings to be hot and spicy. My next complaint isn’t much of a complaint but more of a preference, at Michaels an order of wings is sold by the pound(8 – 10) wings, I really look for an order to be a solid dozen. Now the good stuff– the wings were cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy outside, moist inside, perfect amount of sauce and delicious blue cheese. Great size as well, some of them were very large. One thing I want to give them a lot of credit for was their 11 Sauce. When we asked the waitress what it was she replied«our hottest sauce made with 11 peppers» so we ordered some on the side. I ended up using it for my entire order of mild because it was amazing. It was hot and spicy but not unbareable, very thick, it was enjoyable to eat and so tastey, it truley is a great sauce and I recomend Michaels for this sauce, it is a must try if you come here. The 11 Sauce is a true gem and worth trying Michaels!

The only thing you should eat here are the wind dings unless you are drunk and starving from hours of watching stupid NFL network games which you don’t get at home. They have an obnoxious name yes, but how can a deep fried wing be bad, really?

They have decent wing specials for Sundays usually.
