Fun ice cream stop right off the ocean. We had great ice cream and enjoyed the waffle cones!

The BEST ice cream that I have had in Florida. You can tell it is homemade and uses real ingredients. We had the dulce de leech and salted caramel. Can’t even begin to say which one was best. There are some super fun colored vanilla flavors for kids. The waffle cone was excellent – crisp and fresh — definitely home/hand made. Don’t miss this place.

we stopped here after going to Flagler beach, it’s within walking distance and definitely worth trying! the ice cream is homemade and there’s TONS of flavors to choose from. they also have smoothies, milkshakes, floats, coffee, and more. really happy we decided to stop here! it was perfect after being at the beach all day. also the staff was super sweet.

So many flavors to choose from! I got butterscotch my hubby got spumoni. Fast, efficient waitstaff and ample seating. Price was right too. Couldn’t ask for more from an ice cream shop. Five stars!

Flagler Beach is a dream already, but add a mom and pop ice cream shop into the mix and I’m obsessed. The Waffle Cone is just steps away from the pier and the most popular beach in town. It’s easy to tell that the ice cream is homemade. Their specialities go over the top and that’s how I like my ice cream. Their salted caramel is my go to. Creamy vanilla dripping with salted caramel. I usually mix it with another chocolatey flavor so as not to over do the salted caramel. My only complaint is the décor inside the shop. I feel like 4 different styles are all mixed together. Why not just stick with classic confectionary?

Average ice cream shop directly across from Flagler’s main drag beach which is super convenient. I can’t say there was anything particularly special or interesting about The Waffle Cone; all the major flavors are accounted for with a few other options. The prices are probably the best part — I was shocked at how inexpensive four after dinner ice creams were for the family. I would recommend getting a yours in a cup though rather than a cone if it’s above 80 degrees. By thr time we got across the street my cone was soaked and my hand was swimming in Mint Chocolate Chip overflow!

Made a stop based on the Unilocal ratings. I got a double scoop sundae with blueberry cheesecake and pineapple orange. The ice cream was tasty and refreshing. It began to melt quickly due to all of its natural ingredients. The small ice cream shop was quaint with a retro feel. My family and I happily took our sundaes across the street to watch the sunset. What a perfect match.

Wow This may have been the best ice cream ever. We stopped at the first Friday of the month festival and I saw a group eating huge cones. They told me how good it was and pointed me in the direction. The line was long, but moved quick They flavors all looked amazing, my wife went with Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter fudge I went with Salted Caramel and Super Butterscotch. It was amazing and I can’t wait to go back for more.

I have been to this ice cream shop 4 times in the last year and ½. The first time I went I was really impressed with the ice cream and had a large cone. When I was finished I went to the bathroom and immediately discovered there was no toilet paper. The man serving asked me to wait a moment and then gave me a roll. The second time I went there was no soap and that time I decided to just let it go. The third time I went there was no soap with a sign displaying the words«Employees must wash hands before returning to work». OK usually when I see this sign there is soap. I went to the lady behind the counter and she gave me some soap from the kitchen area. This time she told me that they don’t fill the soap dispenser because the kids take it down and pour all the soap out. The dispenser is a poor excuse for a dispenser and because these ppl accept only cash and make a bundle and don’t pay taxes on their fair share I feel they are more than able to get a decent soap dispenser, I didn’t get upset because I know they are busy. I went again today and again, although when I entered the bathroom and saw the soap container ½ full, I relieved myself and when I pushed the soap dispenser there was water and not a lick of soap, well, needless to say I was pissed this time and went out and told them. I was not terribly polite, not nasty though and I was told to, by the owner, to keep my temper in check. I told him this was the third time there was no soap to wash my hands and I was pissed and does that mean that when I get my cone it is served from dirty hands. Ugh is all I can say and I won’t go back there again. I talked them up to my friends and now they’re afraid to go there. I’m thinking of calling the health dept on them.

If you’re ‘waffle’ing about whether or not to come to The Waffle Cone, say ‘yes’! My family and I loved everything about The Waffle Cone. It had great ice cream, location, and portions! They have about 58 ice cream flavors with unique names like Gator Tracks, Panda Bear, Cha Cha Chaa, and Squirrel Bait. Then we were able to enjoy our ice cream in the great Florida weather with their outdoor seating.

You won’t regret it. Terrific ice cream, wonderful décor and surroundings. Great location. And cheap. What a great place. We had creamsicle, whala whala monkey, dumbo dough and caramel cheesecake. All delicious.

Great ice cream and such a great location after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I like their chocolate and coffee flavored ice cream, and the kids liked the sherbets.

I love ice cream shops. Alwayss have. The Waffle Cone is a treasure of a place. They have easily over 30 or so flavors available. The Butterscotch was delicious! It’s got a classic feel to it. Old fashioned but with an espresso machine. Yes, they do by the way offer other things other than ice cream. Full coffee bar and some food choices as well. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. i love places like this and am eager to return again.
