Below average diner food… place was empty wasn’t sure if they were open during lunch time… price point didn’t justify the quality of the food… not a friendly environment for a diner … Be surprised if they make it

Just visited this place again. I love this place. The food is top notch. It’s right on the beach. I highly suggest this place. Got the lamb today… very good. We asked for some bread, it came out warm. My mother got a gyro, loved it. Her grumpy boyfriend got some random dish… he’s got a smile on his face. :) Great place.

After a poor experience when they first opened we decided to give this place another try based on more positive reviews — what a mistake. My wife took one bite of her salmon and couldn’t eat it. Not sure if it was off or just brined or coated with bad tasting spices etc. My turkey platter had bland mashed potatoes, stuffing that was like soggy white bread all covered with brown ??? gravy! Maybe we should have realized things haven’t changed when there was only one person there when we arrived at 6pm and only 4 people there when we left. A frozen pizza from the supermarket would have been better.

The Greek name caught my eye on the way up A1A just N of Flagler Beach. Although the atmosphere is not as Greek as other Greek restaurants we have been to, the food was excellent. I and my wife both had Lamb Shank from their Dinner Special menu and at $ 14.95 including soup or salad we considered good value. The restaurant serves beer and wine and we enjoyed a good merlot. The owner of the restaurant is Greek and previously had a restaurant in New York. He cooks /supervises the food preparation himself. In addition to traditional Greek food the menu includes regular American items, sandwiches, wraps and a children’s menu We will definitely be visiting here again on our visits to Flagler Beach.

Took a drive up A1A hoping for a delicious crêpe breakfast at Maggie’s but was disappointed to see it has gone out of business(what happened?). This new Greek restaurant was the only place not swamped on a Sunday morning in Flagler and we needed a nice hardy breakfast for a long day of birdwatching at Washington Oaks. Hubby had the gyro and I had the spinach pie and Greek salad. Everything was fresh, fresh, fresh! The dining room and bathrooms were very clean. It’s a huge restaurant and it was more than half empty, but that seems to be the norm for Greek restaurants in this area. Seems like they are always expecting a Big Fat Greek Wedding party to show up. Kidding, but seriously, don’t pass this place by just because it looks empty. We’ll be back.

Everything we had was wonderful! Husband had the Greek Gyro Platter, I had the Chicken Souvlaki Platter, someone else had the Fried Shrimp dinner, all of the sauces were made there and delicious! Also had the Baklava which was made there and perfect!!! Must try! I know they’re newer but when word gets out they’ll be so packed you won’t get a seat. Delicious.

Stopped in for breakfast. Had 3 egg omlette with sausage & cheese and an English muffin, and coffee. Bill came to $ 13.27 with tax. Breakfast was good, but not $ 13.27 good.

Delicious fresh Greek food on the beach! Best Greek I’ve had in Florida. Friendly and fast service. Will definitely return!

We had dinner here and were very disappointed. The food was terrible. The Greek Salad was wet, not cleaned, and hastily put together. The Turkey dinners were ruined by the heavily seasoned gravy which had too much spice. The fried tilapia had no flavor. There are better restaurants in Flagler Beach!

While walking A1A my husband and I and our 2 year old decided to try this new place out for a quick bite. Our first impression was how huge the place was… Not sure how they will ever fill it, and the tables and décor — which made my husband immediately think we had entered a buffet. Liked the colors on the back wall but then just some old paintings mixed with huge IKEA prints… Not much atmosphere. Then we checked out the menu… Lots of choices, but very overpriced. Felt like what I’d expect to overpay at a fancy resort, without the fancy or resort. Kids meals were $ 9.99! $ 3.99OJ! Since I knew we were in a rush, I ordered what I believe was called the«bagel supreme» even though it was $ 12.99. The waitress had to open the menu to see what was on it, then asked me if I wanted each topping, to which I replied«yes, just as it’s listed on the menu» My husband got French Onion Soup and I ordered my daughter a side of Rice Pudding. The pudding came in about 15 mins… Which I’m glad was before our food since it was for the 2 yr old, but still seemed a bit. It was another 20 mins before we got our food! There were a few other tables taken when we arrived but they were already served and 2 more individuals and a couple entered whole we waited. No big rush of people. I think 35 mins is extreme for a bowl of soup — which was way over heated, and a sandwich which when I got it was a lightly toasted bagel with lox on it and lettuce and onions on the plate. I was missing the tomato and cream cheese so then had to wait for the waitress to tell her and then have it served on the side for me to spread the hard lump of cream cheese. What did they do it that 35 mins for $ 12.95?!? Although it tasted good for what it was and food was fresh and ripe, still Very disappointed.

We heard about a new authentic Greek restaurant that opened up on A1A in Flagler Beach. Some friends have already told us that the food was excellent so we finally decided to go. We went in and were greeted by the owner who had a wonderful Greek accent. She welcomed us with a smile, thanked us for coming in and seated us. The place was fresh and clean and decorated with an ocean side theme. Our waitress Lisa came over and she had a wonderful personality and was friendly. She was excited to tell us about all the homemade food prepared by the owner himself. The menu had many choices and they all sounded delicious.(We’re going back to try more of there authentic dishes.) We ordered the Stuffed Grape Leaves appetizer and it was absolutely delicious. It came with more Stuffed Grape Leaves then we expected and was garnished beautifully with fresh vegetables and an abundance of Feta Cheese. We both had the Greek Salads as our main course and they was fresh and delicious. The homemade dressing was incredible. To close out our great meal we shared their homemade Baklava which was delicious. We took a togo menu home with us and we are already looking through it to choose what we want to try the next time we go back. Thessaloniki is as authentic as its name, which is the city in Greece were the owners are from. Exciting that we now have an authentic Greek Retaurant with delicious food nearby.

My husband and I were down here visiting my dad for vacation. My dad and his wife wanted to try some new restaurants while we were down here. Although they have been to this restaurant a few times, they were not overly impressed and wanted to give it another chance. They have been there for dinner and spinach pie and the potatoes were pretty good, but they felt the menu was over priced as a whole and generally the food wasn’t worth it. We went there for breakfast and I was pretty disappointed. I mean how can you mess up American breakfast. My dad had an omelette and potatoes and his food was cold. They used frozen vegetables that weren’t even heated through when he received the omelette. His wife had the Belgian waffle which was just okay, not exceptional and also cold. My husband had a side of breakfast meat and an English muffin which was fine, but it would be hard to mess that up. Finally I ordered 2 eggs over medium. They came way under cooked. The yolks were runny and the eggs whites were still clear and gooey. After tracking down someone to send it back, they told me they would cook it more, when I received my new eggs they still had a runny yolk but at least the whites were cooked. Other than the freshly cooked eggs my meal was also cold. When the bill came it was much more than we would normally pay for an American breakfast and the quality was not anywhere close to exceptional. I don’t think any of us will be eating here again.

Had lunch there two weeks ago. We all had the gyro platter. The food and service were exceptional. The portions were plenty and a beautiful view of the ocean. Excellent value. I plan to go back there several times before I head up north in the next month and a half.

After a long Saturday with the kids my wife and I decided to eat dinner out. Since we were close to Flagler Beach we headed that way to try something new. We drove by this place and since it is the new restaurant in town we decided to go in. The place is huge and the decorations are a bit weird(don’t really match their menu) but I guess that is irrelevant! We came in and they were serving about 7 tables(the place was not packed). We stood at the door waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Finally after a couple minutes the bartender gave us a look and I yelled«table for four please! «. He nodded his head and walked to the back of the restaurant to whoever was in charge and told her about us. After waiting a bit longer the lady yelled across the restaurant«Over here», which we guessed meant to walk over to where she was. We walked to the back of the restaurant where she was standing and followed her to our table. Once we sat down we asked the lady for a high chair for our two-year-old. She said«of course» and walked away. Well, I guess she forgot about us because by time our server came over 7 minutes later to take our drink orders, we still hadn’t gotten a high chair. We asked our server for one and she brought it over right away. At this point I was ready to walk out, but my wife decided to ride it out and give them a chance. When our server finally came with our drinks(about 5 minutes later), we told her we were ready to order. I ordered the meatloaf with soup and a side of vegetables. The server said«oooh, I wouldn’t order the vegetables if I were you. The only side I would get is the mashed potatoes». Uh, ok, I guess mashed potatoes it is. My wife ordered our older daughter’s meal(kids spaghetti and meatballs), which we were shocked to find out was $ 9.95! That is more than we’ve paid for a kid’s meal ever, especially for something like a bowl of noodles with two meatballs cut in half. My wife ordered chicken Romano with soup. After we ordered, the hostess(?) brought another small group to sit down and told them to sit wherever they’d like. They chose a table near the window and she said«of course you choose the dirty table». The server put our order in and a few minutes later, brought us bread and our soup. The soup was pretty good, but very salty. A little later, she brought our food. The meatloaf honestly tasted like hospital food. It was really not great at all. The chicken Romano was not bad, but lacked in flavor. My wife had to use lots of black pepper and Parmesan cheese. The kids spaghetti and meatballs was fine too(our daughter liked it), but worth nowhere near $ 9.95. When we were done eating, we asked for the bill. After looking it over, we realized that on top of $ 9.95 for the kids meal, our server charged us $ 2.95 for the apple juice that was supposed to come with her meal. We flagged down the nearest employee we saw and told her. She took the receipt to the register, then came back and told us she had taken the charge off and that the server didn’t know she wasn’t supposed to charge for a kids drink. What? Apparently she thought a small plate of spaghetti and meatballs and an apple juice is worth $ 13 for a child. Maybe to her, but not to me. Overall, I do not think we will be back. The food was mediocre at best and I would say the service was flat out bad. They need some major changes or I don’t see this restaurant lasting very long here or anywhere else.
