We stayed in the park a few days ago. I would say trailer trash. There was garbage on the ground, weeds and grass, cracked concrete, pads. There were rvs that are surrounded by plywood and styrafoam., surrounded by junk. Looks like a bad trailer park. The bathrooms were clean, you need a code to get in, but they open to the restaurant without a code(even the shower area). While my teenage daughter was taking a shower, I waited in the bathroom, a drunk male walked into the woman’s room from the restaurant. This is a very poor set up, they need to be separated, particularly the shower area, that if anything should have a code on it. I WOULDNEVEREVERGOBACK.

We have stayed most of the RV parks in Flagstaff since our kid attends NAU. This is the best in town. Don’t get me wrong, you are in an RV park and not out in the forest, but it is nice. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are so accommodating and truly nice people. The steak house is another bonus and is fun for a meal. The music and singing is very entertaining!

Just what we needed! We were stopping over in Flag and needed a convenient campground. We called a couple of days in advance and let them know we’d be arriving late and checking out early. The folks left us a packet for after hours check-in and it had a map with directions to our spot and codes to get in to the spotlessly clean bathrooms. No problems, no hassles, and nice accommodations in the middle of town. We will definitely return.

Nice place to camp. It’s open all year round I believe, which is good because a lot of places in Flagstaff close for winter. They also have a cool restaurant on the premises. One thing that’s awkward is that the shower is in the same bathroom for the restaurant. But they make up for it by having the restaurant only open for dinner, so you won’t be bothered during the morning when you’re trying to brush your teeth.

I give this RV park credit for being creative. Most of the RV parks in Flagstaff don’t offer a dump if you aren’t a guest. And one RV park that does is outrageously priced. Black Bart’s charges $ 5 to dump & $ 2 to fill by allowing you to pull into one of their unoccupied sites. Hey, that works perfectly for us! We were dumped and filled in under 20 minutes. They got a little bit of $ in a site that wouldn’t have brought them any $ otherwise. Nice thinking! Its highly unlikely that we would ever stay here tho. We prefer to avoid RV parks and this one looked like most of the RVs in it haven’t moved in a LONG time. It seemed just like camping in a gravel parking lot. I’ll stick to the woods for overnighting!
