Outback Steakhouse

Well… I ordered a 9oz glass of wine. Waitress brought me «clean» glass that looked like greasy face was wiped on it. Told he waitress and she looked at the glass and walked away (no apology). 15 seconds later she came back and handed me the exact same glass (barely wiped off at all). I used my napkin to finish cleaning off the glass myself. Like… Don’t you have a slew of clean glasses behind the bar? Oh well.

On the first night we got to This town we wanted to come to Outback but after reading the negative reviews lately we decided not, and chose another place. We have been to many Outback in other states they are always good, and we keep wondering why with This Outbreak they had some negative reviews. However the next night we decided to come. The food is the same as many other Outback, service is great too. We are glad we made a right decision. Don’t believe what you have heard. Come and try it.

I went here and had a fantastic experience! Service was extremely friendly and speedy. Our server, Colton never let my drink get empty. The food was beyond delicious, the servers fantastic, and was overall a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I went in for lunch yesterday and I had an awesome server, Jordan. He was very polite and attentive. It made my meal that much more enjoyable!

Came here two nights in a row for dinner, had a lovely time. Sat at the bar, where the service was amazing.

Good Food, Good Service. A little bit slow when getting check and a refill. But nobodys perfect!

Had a simply grilled tilapia with fresh seasonal veggies. The tilapia was cooked perfectly and the veggies were tender. I informed the waiter about my concern for the calorie content and he made sure that the chefs did not add any butter on the veggies. I was pleased with both the food, service, and the ambiance. Although I did notice the water marks on the ceiling, maybe a few ventilation leaks?

First the front desk service was slow. I ordered a prime rib end cut, and I know it’s supposed to be somewhat rare, but it was so rare it wasn’t cuttable and it felt like I was eating the inside of a cow. The best part of the experience was the potato. I can’t think of any other reason to come back. Definitely not the greatest of the Arizona outbacks.

Had a great dinner tonight! Sat in the bar so we could watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. Service was great, food was as it should be, and what I would expect at a local eatery!

okay, the food was the best that I have ever gotten from an Outback Steakhouse. the staff were great. apparently the printer broke when they were putting in our order so the manager came and told us that it would be a longer wait. she took care of our appetizer and gave us a free desert. talk about treating you your customers right. our waiter was also very nice and apologetic. this is honestly one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had at an Outback Steakhouse.

My first time here was on Valentine’s Day, and the manager offered to buy us a blooming onion. The waitress was super sweet and helpful and the customer service is awesome!

Probably the worst Outback I have ever experienced.
Went to lunch midday on a Saturday, place was practically empty.
We asked to get seated in the bar area so we could watch the college basketball.
Ordered an appetizer and two entrees. They were all served together! Go figure!
In the middle of watching the Kansas versus Oklahoma basketball game (3 minutes left in the game mind you) the #$%*& bartender decides to change the channel. What the #$%*&^?
Practically had to do my dancing bear impression in the aisle to get drink refills. No one in this place has any clue what customer service is. I would hate to see how terrible the service in this place is when it gets busy. Hopefully it does not get busy because people know to go somewhere else.
Hurts the brand.

Worst front of house service I have ever seen. Call ahead seating is a joke, and managers don’t care. I would never go back to this location again. The food is subpar and not up to quality standards of other outbacks. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!

By far the worst Outback I have ever been to.
I have been here 3 times with various friends or family. Every time, terrible service, orders not correct, and unfriendly staff.
The only thing I can think of is that management is lacking and no one there enjoys their job.
Cracker Barrel is right down the road, much better service. If you’re visiting town and looking for somewhere to eat, I would pass on outback.
«Outback, Australian for where their staff disappears to after they have dropped my food and I need a refill on my drink. Or maybe that side of sauce I requested when you took my order… Take your time, it’s your tip that’s suffering…

— the Seahawks were playing a pre season game (and lost to the stupid Broncos, but it was close) and they put the game on near our table for us
Everyone should go to this Outback!

We have been here at least three times for dinner & we have had consistent great service as well as perfectly cooked bone-​in ribeyes.
We like that you are immediately greeted & seated. We had two great servers, Colton & Chris.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I’ll explain it in Pros/​Cons
Pros:
1. Friendly service. My waiter did his best to make sure everyone got their foods just in time & in the correct as we ordered.
2. Food is ok. I like the ribs & your burgers. However, there are some minor «cons» that you may have to read my «Con» section below for further improvement.
3. Warm environment. Reminds me of the old west, which is suitable in a desert place like Arizona.
Cons: Unfortunately, there are some that I suggest below that needs improvement for the future.
1. Food. Most of the food me & my family order are slightly a bit too salty; especially the French Fries; please adjust the salt content & don’t make it too salty. Now on the steak, I ordered a medium rare, but the way I taste it, it almost looks more of a Rare rather than a Medium Rare; please refer to this link to see about how rare & medium rare steaks are supposed to be cooked:
. Now for the appetizer, especially the calamari ones, if you can make the calamari more crispy, it would be great; also please make more volume in the appetizer, especially when it comes to serve 4 people; the appetizer we ordered seems to be suitable only for 2 people & not 4.
2. There were some slight delay in the ordering of certain foods. I came with 3 other people to your restaurant once, I ordered soup & my brother ordered soup too. However, only my bowl came but you forgot to bring my brother his soup too. Fortunately, our waiter kindly remembers & bring it to my brother & apologize; that’s why I like your waiter. However, please make sure whatever we ordered, bring them all to the table & «don’t miss the target».
Technically, I would give your restaurant a higher score than what I currently give; however, due to the food taste a bit too salty & for the steaks is not cooked as we described, I regret to give your score only a ³⁄₅ stars. Everything else is alright, just those things about the food I described under the Con section is what brought your score down. Please follow my suggestions & I assure you that your score may improve the next time I stop by your town in Arizona to give your restaurant a try one more time.

A while back I ate here and hated how salty my food was. I was on vacation with family in northern arizona so I figured I would give it another shot, considering the options for a steak house were few and far between. I also figured since it wasnt the same lication as last that my chances would be good for better food. Well, it will definitely be my last time stepping foot In this restaurant chain.
Salt was coated on everything!!! My baked potato even had chunks of salt on the outside, my steak had no flavor because it tasted like a salt block and even the asparagus was salted. If I wanted my food doused in salt, I would do it myself. I don’t need the chef to make that decision for me.
Don’t get me wrong, I like salt, but this was horrible.
I don’t go out of my way to trash anyone on a review, but if there was a no star option, I would chose it.
