happened upon this park looking for a pet friendly place to go with our 4 legged family member. What a cool park with different trails you can choose and there’s even different obstacle course challenges for us humans. It’s very flat and easy trails that anyone can do, we had flip flops on and had not problems besides feeling occasional pebble’s thru them, but no sweat at all! There’s a few benches you can chill at and at the entrance of the park there’s a water fountain for humans and their 4 legged buddies. I’d come back here again when we’re in town!

Beautiful 2 mile loop around Buffalo Park. If you walk straight up the road for half a mile, you enter the Arizona and Lower Oldham Trails, which lead to numerous other trails(Rocky Ridge, Pipeline, Upper Oldham, Brookbank, Sunset, Mt. Elden Lookout, etc.) in the Mt. Elden loop system.

I am from So Cal and my daughter took me to Buffalo Park after it snowed and it is a magical place to hike and take photos! If you are visiting in the Flagstaff area visit Buffalo Park, absolutely breathtaking!

I love this place! LOVE. What a real treat for the people who live in this area to have such a large park with fantastic scenery of the nearby peaks. The two mile paths have plenty to take in while you exercise or stroll. Fitness stations are spread out every ¼ mile with some type of stretching, climbing, sit up or pull up for you to do. This is a park that EVERYONE can enjoy and experience.

Got to see and hike this trail/park for about an hour during my weekend in Flagstaff. Im a big fan of what I saw, beautiful views of the san francisco peaks and plenty of pine trees. Many trails for alll ages and dogs, I recommend it to runners, hikers and campers. I will be back! Hope to see some wildlife next time!

Pretty park to go biking, hiking, or walking in. Beautiful scenery and lots of people around you exercising. Lots of different trails, would be a great place to bring a dog. Also, they have a challenge course every couple hundred feet that’s kind of fun. People here are friendly– we got a flat tire on one of our bikes the other day and many different people tried to help us out, finally found one with the right bike pump, thanks random guy!
