Denny’s

Really surprised me, I went in and had low expectations, I was quickly greeted and had a booth ready, my waiter was attentive and eager, not to mention helpful. I almost thought he genuinely gave a care. I ordered a double cheeseburger, expecting to need both patties as I am used to restaurants giving small portions. I was wrong, the burger required knife and fork and was so juicy that I used up the napkins. The frys were crispy and I left satisfied. This place shined in stark contrast to the other locations. I will be coming back.

I really can’t remember the last time I went to a Denny’s but I came to this one at 2:30 am after the bars closed and we got the munchies. Earlier in the day I had gone to a beer festival and then we hit up all my favorite spots in downtown Flag. So by the time I made it here, I was super happy and loved everyone and everything, hence the 5 star Denny’s review. I remember it being very clean and it felt new inside. Our server was the absolute sweetest! When I spilled my iced coffee all over the place she moved us to a clean new table and she complimented my pedicure. I believe I ordered the Moons Over My Hammy and I believe it was delicious. I had ordered a water, Dr. Pepper and iced coffee and our server was sweet enough to put them all in to-​go cups for me.

Tried to get a order delivered they said they will not do it I’ve seen them do it not happy

Went to this place at 3:30 PM on 1÷23÷16, no one greeted us, someone from the back yells out «go seat yourself». We took a table and waited and waited, finally we decided to leave. This place needs a customer service overhaul. Not giving any stars

Listen to the other reviewers, service takes too long, foods comes out cold, manager doesn’t know how to provide good customers svc. Don’t come here with a big party!

Chose restaurant as it was off highway, and accessible, 4 other tables were seated but we’re told they were slammed. Ordered meal from menu, soup and sandwich and on menu it said with these meals you had choice of fries or hash browns. Meal came out for one of us and did not have fries though we did order them. We were told that all the other meals came with fries EXCEPT that meal (definitely not listed like that on menu). Second meal came out 8 – 10 minutes later, and when we asked about the fries were ordered, they came out as an additional side on the bill.
The wait, the handling of menu discrepancy and the lemon in iced tea (see picture) having its label still attached show a lack of attention to detail and to attention to customer service. If you have any other restraint option I would recommend you go there instead.

This is the second time we have been to this Denny’s. The first time we and another table walked out after sitting for 15 minutes without any service… We were just about to leave today after 10 minutes and a waitress came over. Wrong soup was brought out, but since my mom is a diabetic and she had to eat it anyway. Waitress never came back to check. Then the meal came out and the bread was disgusting and dirty on one of the sandwiches. Horrible service. Never received refills on drinks. Where the heck is management in this restaurant? Still waiting on the sandwich remake…

Was seated and waited for more than ten minutes. Nobody came to our table for our drink order or anything. We (4 of us) walked out.

Been here several times because it’s convenient but unfortunately the service is sub par EVERY TIME. Waitresses are very nice but it takes FOREVER to get your food consistently (every time, not just once) even when there are just a few patrons. Have been told on several occasions that they are short on cook staff (and one day the cook quit and the manager was back there cooking!) Additionally, many items are not available, or ready (ie soups — several times I have been told they the soup hadn’t been started yet etc.) Not sure what the problem is but I hope they get it fixed soon. A lot of people were excited to get Denny’s in this location because it is convenient and nice to have them on this side of town, but if the service doesn’t pick up I’m afraid they are going to lose a lot of customers and blow their chance at a hoppin’ location =(

The only patron in the restaurant and no food yet. The waitress said the cook didn’t see my ticket. 15 minutes and still waiting for my breakfast. But very clean, nice atmosphere and my waitress Beth was wonderful. I suppose it was an off morning for the cook that day?!

Waitress had to make numerous trips because she was forgetting various items. Then she informed me that the kids pancakes had to be remade because they weren’t made correctly. When food was finally delivered, it was cold and bland, plus missing items. Kids food looks way over cooked and they aren’t happy.
Stay away from this Dennys

Tried the new Denny’s at the mall today. Décor is very well done. Great server, Kiley, got the order right and kept the coffee coming. Had a good old Grand Slam, cooked just as we requested with some nice fluffy pancakes. Open 24/​7, this is a good addition to the Flagstaff Mall and the east side!
