I HAVE AN OPEN CONTRACT WITH DAMA SINCE ALMOST THREE YEARS AGO. When I tried to set up venues and dates to meet with her. She is irresponsible and hard to reach and does not keep promises! She has 5,500 tied in to the contract. Due to her lack of communication where she in fact went MIA for three months stating she was dealing w family emergency… I wanted to cut out contract with her and get our money back due to a lack of professionalism and services she provided. She was not happy… And has yet to contact us about how she wants to handle this! We have filed a lawsuit in court and hired people to help! DO NOT HIRE HER OR HER ASSOCIATES! They are equally unhelpful and it will ruin your wedding! Dana has ruined my hopes for a wedding ceremony!!!

I had a phone interview on Tuesday November 19th. I spoke with Dana for about 30 minutes about the flowers and types of decorations I want. She said she would get a proposal to me by Wed or Thurs at the latest. It’s now Sunday, the 24th and I haven’t recieved a proposal or evan and email or phone call explaining the delay. I would expect at least some sort of communication when a vendor is 4 days late.

Dana is an amazing wedding planner. In Flagstaff it is hard to find the good vendors and Dana has all of the best connections. I loved how prompt, professional, and organized Dana is. I don’t know what happened with the other reviewer she probably is a person that you can never please. Dana was nothing that was described and anything but over accommodating. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Some people think hiring a wedding planner is unnecessary cost, but if you factor needing someone to coordinate day of, keep stress levels down, and they negotiate for you the best prices, the cost is pretty much a wash for a magical experience.
