Nice selection of tea. I had a white peach that was very refreshing and an Earl Grey that was perfect. I’m giving this place a two because of the lack of seating. On the weekend it was full while during the week the bar was empty and it wasn’t an issue. They seem to push merchandise more than having people sit and drink tea.

Came here once on Christmas/Christmas Eve and I’ve been craving it for the past 6 months! The matcha shots are out of this world. I love the little window nooks and even picked up some cool local art. I can’t wait to drive back up from Phoenix and satisfy my craving!

Tried their Kuki Cha(Japanese green tea). It smelled buttery and a light scent of seaweed. It was good and soothing! The décor is also cute and comfy to hang out. I would go back to check out other tea. They have some cool specialties that I want to check out next time.

The tea is decent, although the setting is much too noisy and cramped. Feels more like a bar than a cozy tea shop. Also, the staff did not know anything about their own tea they serve when questioned about the ingredients. Nevertheless, it’s basically the own tea shop in town. I like the Witch’s Brew!

We vacationed through the southwest about 2 months ago, and I’m still thinking about the amazing tea latte I had at steep. To be clear: I am a coffee snob. When we arrived here for our morning caffeine injection, and I realized they didn’t have coffee… a slight panic overcame me. I decided to buck up for my husband(this strange being who keeps trying to GIVEUP caffeine– ridiculous). I am so glad I didn’t insist we abort right away, because my latte(which I’m so sad I can’t remember what flavor now) was so enjoyable. What a good alternative to morning coffee & to still feel like you’re having a treat. I wish there were more places like this available closer to home.

I’m in deep like with this place. I love coming here and reading in their little window nook seats. All of the local featured art and knick knacks are really cool. I know a little about tea, but the staff’s knowledge is in depth and everyone is very friendly. I don’t know where all the reviews about staff being rude and inattentive are coming from, honestly, because everyone here has been nothing short of warm and lovely when I’ve been in.

One of the best businesses in downtown flagstaff. Amazing staff, great management, ethical ownership. Nice tea and accessory selection too. I go all the time for lemonades, hot drinks, and cold teas; also like to buy gifts here. 10⁄10 Ps cool music

I hung out at Steep for the first time today, and I enjoyed my visit. My taste in tea is similar to one’s New Year’s resolutions or quantum teleportation: theoretical. I know tea is good for you and whatnot, but I don’t like the flavor often. My tea soon becomes a cup of sugar as I try to make it palatable for my childish taste buds. This isn’t very enjoyable after. I was able to find a tea I genuinely enjoyed without feeling the need to soften its edges. Of course, I haven’t the slightest clue what I drank, but I’ll be sure to ask next time. The natural lighting also made a big difference for me. Poorly lit establishments often leave me feeling sleepy, whereas here I left feeling g refreshed.

Came hoping to buy some Earl Grey Francais. They were out, but I got an iced Earl Grey lavender latte while I was there and it was really good.

What a cute coffee and tea shop. I wish they had more places like this in Northern California. We ordered the cinnamon matcha latte and cocoa loco latte. Both were great. My favorite thing about this place are the adorable mugs and tea sets. They have cute animal mugs, from pandas to cats. I wanted to buy everything, but stopped myself.

This is one of my favorite little places in Flagstaff. It’s right in the middle of our little downtown and adds to the charm. The teas are amazing and if you order in, the prices are great! I love all the loose leaf teas they have to offer. I definitely recommend the Jasmine. One time I went in super sick, and the owner cooked up a special tea for me. The people who work there are lovely. I definitely recommend supporting this local business!

Super cool spot, frequent of many studying college students. Don’t know how well they study, even though it’s a chill environment, it is pretty busy. A very large selection of great Teas and other hot drinks. Loose tea is also available along with a nice spread of steeping items to take home, tea pots and mugs. The mugs in combination with the artwork create a great atmosphere. Not huge amount of seating, but they do have a small bar for seating and chatting with the excellent staff.

Hubby and I stopped in one afternoon as we were walking around Flagstaff trying to find souvenirs for my family. The atmosphere was really neat. We sat on cushions set up in a windowsill with a short little coffee table. The whole place was truly adorable. They had a handful of shirts and prints, which was kind of a bonus. We just went in for tea. I’m a coffee drinker and have never been a huge fan of tea lattes, but I got a Berry Truffle latte and it was pretty darn good. Hubby got a chai tea latte and I think he enjoyed his as well.

Creative tea drinks AND local art? I’m in! Check the featured specials posted by the door for seasonal drinks and creative twists on classic staples. They recently had a vanilla-mint creation that was so good I went back for another the next day. Service wasn’t exactly attentive, dudes behind the counter seemed more interested in talking shop with one another than welcoming customers. Nice selection of gifts to browse, from cute Etsy-style animal paintings to sushi-print socks, clever greeting cards, and coffee mugs.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s in a cute part of town, it looks great on the inside and boasts a large selection of tea. But a place like this has go to have more substance than just what is for sale. Here is my issue with Steep — if a soon to be customer is in line to order and politely asks to use your restroom, let them. Don’t say«Oh, I’m sorry, the bathroom is for customers only»… What am I? You don’t see me as a customer? Did I roll into your fine tea lounge and mar it with my low class? Wow, gee whiz, I’m so sorry to be tinging your sophisticated aires with my need to take a piss before I order. Before you choose to condescend to your(never again) customers, please think it through. Your attitude makes or breaks a customers experience.

This place rocks and I’m not even a tea drinker. My wife loves tea so I was looking for a good place for her while we were in town. Comfortable and laid back with a serious amount of tea.
