I give a bonus of two stars on personality and engaging conversation for the Computer Guys. I must give a zero for repair. I brought my computer in because it would not turn on. The first thing I told them is, «If you tell me the motherboard is burned out, I’m taking my computer home.» I explained that on three different computers in the past, people told me «it’s the motherboard» because they didn’t know what was wrong with it. All three times, it was something minor and was fixed. I told them I thought it was the power supply in this computer. A technician said that about 72% of the problems are with the motherboard. They later called and said the motherboard was burned out. I retrieved my computer (it was a free diagnosis). Faced with fixing it myself, I replaced the power supply for $ 20 and it works great.

These «Guys» rock! Our computer crashed and they had us back up and running in 24 hours ! Customer service was personalized and they even extended the help period because we were heading out on vacation for a few weeks! because we weren’t going to be around to use our computer! These guys are really good, I just retired and I was accustomed to having an IT department that I could call on at a moments notice… They met my expectations on quality, service and costs! Keep up the good job Computer Guys!,
