My normal place was booked and I needed a cut in a cinch so I figured i would give this place a try & I am so glad i did! The atmosphere was new and extremely clean.
MaryAnn gave me my cut. She listened to what I wanted from my hair and looked at the pictures I provided. My hair is extremely thick and often a challenge for even a connoisseur. The cut was exactly what I was looking for! In addition, she was polite and friendly. So a win-​win for me!
The woman cleaning the place was also very friendly. I didn’t catch her name but she had purple hair.
I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and would suggest MaryAnn for a cut. Thanks Entourage!

I have been to this salon numerous times. They are very professional and polite. My stylist and the lady I most highly recommend is Lisa! She is awesome! She works with you until it’s perfect. Please go see her! I have moved about an hour away from there but I guarantee it will be worth my drive to go back and see her.

I’ve been going here for more years than I can count. I’ve since moved all around the county and out of state, sometimes living an hour or two away from this salon, but I always make the trip to get my hair cut here. My hair is straight, fine and flat. It’s pretty much impossible to make it look anything other than flat and boring but somehow, some way, they are able to give it body. It’s like magic. I send everyone I know to this salon and primarily the person I go see, Ashley. Every single person I have sent there has loved it and made it their salon. They treat you like family, the prices are reasonable, the staff is professional and the environment is very nice. Right now I am in New York City and still, when I get my hair cut, I drive my butt back to Flanders to go see Ashley and the staff at Entourage. If you’ve been trying to find the «right» stylist and just can’t seem to find one who listens to you, understands what you want and makes it happen, give them a call, you won’t regret it.

I’ve used a couple of different girls there one is worse then the next, still wanted to believe someone has to know what they are doing but so far haven’t found one yet I go there b/​c it’s affordable even tried the highest level thinking if I paid more it will be better not the case she did what she wanted and talked to other stylist next to her instead of me which I found rude since I was new to her. The mananger I think she might be the big older sister not sure to the owner isn’t friendly I find her to be totally abrupt. She wasn’t nice on the phone or in person maybe overwhelmed either way find her to obnoxious. Lost my business for sure. I do not recommend at all. Too many others to hv to put up with bad customer service.

As mentioned by a previous reviewer, I also came here for the first time due to my hair stylist moving to Entourage from their sister company Lighten Up. I honestly prefer Entourage over Lighten Up, because it is quieter and neater plus I get to have my hair styled by the best stylist I’ve encountered since moving out here 4 years ago.
Tatyana is as good as it gets and I fully trust her to do her magic on my hair!

I have been going to this salon for about 5 years! I have moved to California however and I still await to come home to have my hair done by my favorite hair stylist Ashley! She is amazing with color! I have been blonde, brown, bright blonde again, blonde and brown. She does it all! My hair is extremely healthy! Don’t go blonde with out going to a person that can do it the healthy way. My hair was a mess before her! I don’t trust anyone else with my hair but Ashley! Great salon and staff I highly recommend this place (:

I have been going here for many years. I am very happy with my stylist Lisa who is professional and a perfectionist. We always discuss my needs prior to the shampoo and I have never been disappointed whether I went for a color or a cut. The receptionist, Tara is also wonderful !

I have no idea why the reviews are so bad on here about this place??? I have been going here for over 3 years. I previously went to Lighten-​Up which is just a few miles down route 46 in Budd Lake. I left there because my hairdresser left. But she worked at both salons and since Entourage is closer to my house I figured I’d give them a try. Oh and my brother had a hair dresser recommendation from all his friends.
I made my 1^st appointment with Jay. Her real name is Jamie but there are 2 there so everyone calls her Jay. Be sure to specify!
I was pleasantly surprised by my highlights and cut and have been seeing Jay loyally ever since. They are also very reasonable priced. For ½ foil and cut it’s only $ 100. And there are always coupon on-​line or in clipper magazines.
The only downside to this place is the owner. Although thankfully she is not always there she is this scary old lady trying to be young and it’s frightening. She treats her employees terribly. I overheard her once reprimand a stylist for not having enough lip stick on. I understand that they have to dress according to the salons standards but the girl looked fine. The owner wears way to much make-​up so she’s the last person I would want to talk to about appearances.

Beware! The girl that did my hair… I think her name was Nicole, way over charged me! She did things to my hair and charged me for them without even asking me. I dont know what the hell she was thinking. Guess to get a better tip! Well BS… dont go there. Luckily they gave me some of my money back. My hair came out okay but not really what i asked for. Ive had way better for a much better price.

EnTouRage is our family go to salon from threading, to haircuts, styling, color, make up and more. Entourage spends the time to consult with you and go over your concept of what you want for your hair. Reception is excellent all the time, booking appointments, walk ins, and leaving are all 100% smooth.
Mitali does amazingly perfect airbrush make up that lasts 2 days. She has done my make up for many special events and I am never disappointed. If you need make up go with the airbrush as it is flawless and in 90 degree heat it stays perfect. Mitali also does my hair blow outs and all my threading which I love.
Paul is the color go to guy and has so much knowledge about styling, color, color correction, sodo’s, updo’s, formal styles & more. Paul will spend the time to listen to the client and has a huge following and has been featured on the cover of Passion Hair Stylist Books you find in all salons. I had my hair burned and falling out at another establishment and Paul worked with me and my hair to give me normal hair again and a style that covers the areas that hair will never grow back again due to the burns.
Eddye gives you one amazing blow out and styling to perfection that lasts a week.
Jess is our daughter’s stylist and she loves her cuts, blow outs, and her first eyebrows done by a professional. She makes the proper recommendations and my daughter thinks she is amazing.
Men’s hair all of the above do such a great job in the styling and I cannot say enough about their assistant Terez she can wash my hair without creating any vertigo which I am so thankful for. She takes her time, she gives me cotton for my ears, and she developed a system where I do not spin when I lay back to get my hair washed. Terez also checks on me often to make sure everything is ok and brings over a magazine and water. She is the best.
Being a long time guest of the amazing stylists of Entourage I do not understand the poor 1 star reviews. This salon is top notch and I have been to Short Hills and all over the USA for hair and not once did I ever experience anything that displeased me or my family.
100% underestimated by most and give your stylist time to consult with what you are looking for and if Terez is there you will love her shampoo techniques and hot towels under your neck. Pampered each and every time. Do not be afraid to ask if you need anything they serve chilled bottled water, coffee, & tea. If you hate capes they have smocks, if you have a special need, they will go out of their way to make sure you have all your needs met. Love, Love, Love this salon & the stylists & receptionists.

I thought I’d try this place in spite of the poor reviews… I like to form my own opinion. Bad idea. The color & styling were great, but the cut did not even closely resemble what I asked for! I even brought in pictures!!! An angled bob is not that difficult! Also it is not symmetrical. The right and left sides of my head aren’t the same length! The «layers» are completely uneven! It’s awful!!! When she asked me how I part my hair, I told her to part it on the right, and she parted it in the center, just doin her own thing! Then she realized the ends were flipping up (I look like mary Tyler Moore), because she didn’t cut it right, and her response was «did you forget that your hair does that?» are you kidding me??? If you gave me the flippin cut I asked for this wouldn’t be an issue! Oh & they make sign a document stating that you might not get what you ask for!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Love this salon… Contrary to the comments I read below, I have been going to Jessica at this salon for almost two years now… The people there are super friendly and Jessica is awesome! I would never trust anyone else to color my hair. She truly is one of the best stylists I have ever found! I promise nothing but a positive experience if you book with her! :)

Not only did the stylist at this place botch my hair, but I did not get the pampering you normally would by a stylist.
First thing is I swear she had my hair shampooed and conditioned in 2 minutes. Normally you expect a nice relaxing head massage for a few minutes as they are scrubbing w/​the shampoo and conditioner, I did not get that.
I’m in the process of trying to grow my hair long so I haven’t had a cut in a long time. My ends were getting frazzled so I wanted about 1inch to 1 &½ inches cut off, but to also cut in some layers to keep it fresh. She had my hair cut in oh… about 5 minutes. I’m sorry, but a good stylist takes their time and makes sure they are doing the right job. On top of that I have a LOT of hair so it definitely takes longer than 5 minutes. All in all I was in and out of the salon in about 25 minutes after the blow dry, since that takes the longest due to my hair being very thick.
Anyway what really burns me is the fact that I gave her a 20% tip. At the time of the visit, after she cut my hair and blow dried, it actually looked amazing. That is the one thing I will give her, is that she did a great job styling. However, that was most likely to cover up her botch job!!!
A few days after getting home, I am going to put my hair in a ponytail so that I can go running. Well, there are all these little botched areas, where there are sections of hair that are way too short to fit in the ponytail and they are sticking out all over my head!!! Now I know she cut layers into it, but my hair is long layers and the shortest layer is still plenty long enough to git in the ponytail!!! I’m so annoyed I didn’t notice this the day I had it done.
I’ll be nice enough to not put her name here, just to say that the woman who cut my hair was a bit older, probably in her 50s. My search for a new salon continues.

My hubby has a need to get his haircut at least once a month for the military. He went to Entourage hoping to get something better than he has at Super Cuts. He told the lady what he wanted and she ignored him and did what she wanted. His hair will grow out but it shouldn’t have to. He looks like he went to a military barber and paid $ 5 for a high and tight «bowl» look cut. Ridiculous!

If you are looking for a salon, you will not find it at Entourage. Entourage is like going to Fantastic Sams, or Great Clips. It’s fine for a 12 year old boy, or a little girl, but if you are looking for a stylist who can create something beautiful and manageable out of your hair, she’s not at Entourage.
I won’t say WHO did my hair, I will just say that based on all the other comments here, she came very highly recommended.
My cut was terrible. I tried to explain how my hair needs to be cut so that it’s manageable for me, but she ignored me and did her own thing, which clearly doesn’t work for my hair type. I typically feel like one of the signs of a good stylist is someone who will listen to how you feel about your hair and try to make it something beautiful for you. This was not the case with the Entourage «stylist».
I could have bought a box of color at a grocery store that would have been better than the color I got. It matches my natural color exactly, which is NEVER the look I’m going for. It’s a weird mousey brown color that I specifically asked to stay far away from.
When I left the «salon», I drove directly to another salon to have it fixed. The girl at the other salon I went to was very surprised when I told her I had just left another salon. I’m used to feeling clean and pretty when I leave the salon, not desperate to find a hat to hide the mess.
Again, I’m sure Entourage is a fine place for a child’s haircut, but if your looking for salon quality and a salon experience, find another place. The whole experience made me feel cheap and awkward. I won’t be going back.
