I’m kind of surprised that there are no reviews for Michelle’s here! To be brief: she’s A.Freaking.Mazing.
The shop is small, with only two chairs, so getting an appointment can be tricky sometimes. Don’t let that deter you though; Michelle and Becca are booked because they’re so good. The small shop means that you talk with everyone there — a bit different than typical salons, and really fun. And if you’re like me and are not really into super-​girly high-​maintenance salon atmospheres, this is definitely the place for you. Everyone is laid back and wants to make you feel comfortable. You’ll have a great time when you come here in addition to getting a beautiful cut, color, or style. I came here for my first haircut after getting a recommendation from my aunt (who had been coming here with her kids for years), and I’ll never go anywhere else. I’ve gotten extensions here — a decision I made after Michelle cautioned me against dying my hair blue because of how quickly it fades. The extensions look great (they blend really well with my haircut), and it’s nice to know that I can rely on Michelle to give good, honest advice. I’m really happy to have found this place; definitely check it out!
