Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Joe helped us pick out a bed that my fiancé and I really loved. We scheduled a delivery, only to have nobody show up. We called and found out that the mattress wouldn’t be available for another 2 months. They told us they would send us a different, similar mattress, and if we didn’t like it, they would pick it up for free and replace it with the mattress we picked out. They also waived the delivery fee, and didn’t charge us the difference between the two mattresses(the one they were sending was more expensive). If all had gone smoothly from here, all would have been fine. However… We scheduled the delivery, and again, nobody showed up. We got a call 3DAYS later, while we were both at work, saying that they were outside with our mattress. They rescheduled without telling us! We got a call from the dispatcher asking us what had happened, and we explained that nobody had called and asked us if they could reschedule. How many people do you know who are just randomly home on a Wednesday morning without making plans ahead of time? We got a call that evening from Joe, the man who originally sold us the mattress. He very casually told us that the bed scheduled to be delivered in the second delivery didn’t show up on time, and that’s why they rescheduled the delivery. Why didn’t anyone call us to tell us that? AND on top of everything else, because my phone number was associated with a mattress my dad had helped me buy in college, the salesmen, delivery men, dispatcher, everyone, kept calling us Mr. & Mrs. Ghezzi, even after correcting them several times. Mr. & Mrs. Ghezzi are my parents. So frustrating. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Unable to communicate. Spent $ 2,500+ on a mattress that we didn’t even order. We’re keeping this mattress because we don’t trust them enough to work with them anymore. But trust me, I wish we had given our money to a company that wasn’t so incompetent.

Mattress shopping is a painful experience, because none of the mattresses are labeled the same from one store to another. That being said, we went here first, and then spent hours of our Saturday traipsing around the area to see if we could do better. We could not. Keith at Sleepy’s was absolutely the best, not pushy, and a total professional and expert. He made us feel comfortable forking over $ 2,000 in cash for a mattress, and let me tell you, it made my heart hurt to spend that much money. But when we got home my husband and I agreed that we made the right choice, and won’t look back. By the way, we haven’t even gotten the mattress yet, but I find it hard to believe that we made a mistake. Sleepy’s is a repultable company, and Keith represented the company in top form. The only reason I’m giving this four stars is because Unilocal removes five and one star reviews to make it ‘fair’. This is truly a five star mattress professional store.
