Flemington Furs

Yes. It is 11:30 at night and I am still mulling over everything that you said to me. You talked to me about respect over sentimental items and then told me that the item I wanted repaired wasn’t worth $ 10. You might be right. It might not be worth repairing. You clearly let me know what you think I should do. I should have bought the cute white fur coat, that would just be PERFECT for a wedding. You made me try on a dozen or so hideous fur coats when all I wanted was to have the one I brought in repaired. You see, a woman wore that coat once. A woman, who if didn’t exist — I wouldn’t be getting married because Michael wouldn’t exist. A man who you threw out of store to go watch TV and eat cookies like a child.
Maybe you are right. Maybe I am crazy. I must be crazy for not spending $ 3000 for a new fur and trading in the coat that is falling apart for the mere $ 160 you offered. I must be crazy for not caring if my guests simply fall over themselves at how extravagantly beautiful this new fur coat would have been. What I would have liked to tell my guests was that the coat belonged his grandmother whose wonderful family I now have the honor of being apart of. So yes, I will take it to another fur place. If they can fix it, I won’t care if it looks like Frankenstein’s fur. I guess that makes me crazy too. If I can’t get it repaired, then it will sit in a closet and come out every so often to be admired. I might even dare to wear my every day coat!
I know this must sound crazy because obviously — that is what I am after all, but there is something much more important than fur.

Today my husband and I and a friend had the pleasure and privilege to visit Flemington Furs. I had called ahead of time to see if they were willing to help me with the identity of a fur coat I had found and to fill me in on any info about the making and care of my find. When we walked through the doors of this gorgeous. spacious and extremely upscale salon we were immediately greeted by a gracious friendly and knowledgeable person. She was more than helpful. She not only told me everything I needed to know but gave us a wonderful informative tour of this lovely salon. She then got one of the owners and he too was extremely kind and helpful. We were invited to enjoy some refreshments as well. This is how you can expect to be treated when you walk through the door. We were not there to buy and they knew that and still we were treated as valued people. As for the furs themselves? They are exquisite! The level of class and quality and beauty is stunning. They have a huge variety of styles all of which are gorgeous. I write very few reviews and only when I am moved to do so by either how horrible or wonderful a business is. We were moved and thrilled and happy campers when we left. So if you are looking for a gorgeous quality fur or just want some info about furs… Flemington Furs is a class act that would be tough to follow.

The coats that Flemington Fur sells are drop dead hideous.
