I gave my daughter a coupon for the «$ 18.95 No we’re not messing with you» oil change and tire rotation. After the oil change and tire rotation, she was told that she needed spark plugs ($ 500) and an air filter ($ 30). She declined. I checked the air filter myself and it was clean. As far as the plugs, her car is running fine. Very disappointed.
