This is my favorite Panera that I’ve ever been to, and I’ve gone to many. Staff are always super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Premises are clean, and this is one of the locations that have been updated and have the fast check out kiosks.

I always go to panera for lunch, but the last time I went recently it was filthy! The tables were dirty, my spoon for my soup had leftover food on it, there was food under almost every booth. The service was not that great either.

This is one of the better Panera Bread locations. Its larger than most Paneras, and has a few tables outdoors. I sometimes meet friends here to spend a few hours working, as they have free Wifi. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. My order was always correct, and the food has always been terrific. My favorite drink on the menu is their iced green tea. I remember this place fondly during the hurricane of 2012. My area was without power for over 2 weeks, so I would drive to Flemington to Panera, which was one of the few places that had power(to charge all my electronic devices), and hot food. It was a life saver! I did get yelled at for bringing my own power strip and plugging in a ton of devices lol. The manager was worried about the fire marshall giving him a violation. Be sure to get a Panera card for the deals they offer.

It’s a Panera Bread it’s like every other Panera bread. The food I’ve gotten here has always been good. It has outdoor seating which is nice, the Panera in nearby Bridgewater doesn’t have outdoor seating. My only complaint with this place is it’s pretty filthy. I don’t know if it was just cause it’s so busy and there’s so many people going in and out and the tables don’t get wiped down by the staff as much as they should? But it’s pretty dirty. The food is good though. If you’re a clean freak get your food to go, if you’re someone who doesn’t mind that much like me and can wipe the table off and eat my food, then check this place out! Pretty relatively healthy food and not bad prices. It feels close to a homemade meal.

I ordered a you pick two, with chicken noodle and bacon turkey bravo asked for no tomato. I received half a sandwich with ciabatta bread, mayo, half an avocado(not sliced) with chicken and bacon, not what I ordered. Unfortunately I got it to go and I’m not gonna make a 20 min trip back tonight to get a replacement sandwich.

This restaurant lives up to Panera standards. Quick and savory food — higher than average«fast food» quality for higher than average«fast food» prices. Personally, I feel like the food is worth every penny!

I complained about the Flemington location back in 2013 about the negative issues as described in other reviews. NOTHING has changed, the managers and corporate are doing a horrible job. Apparently, they do not care. I think it is time the Board of Health got involved with this location. We were going to give it a try yesterday because I heard of their new menu on the radio, PEOPLE if you have high blood pressure it is not for you, they present it to be healthy BUT the salt content is 1400 – 1500 for your bowl. Shame on you Panera. Then I saw the 2 ½ star reviews and decided to read, DISGUSTING. We chose Applebee’s instead and had a wonderful, friendly, CLEAN experience. We will not go to the Flemington location anymore, they are better in Pa. The manager tall, glasses and grey hair is not friendly, looks like he hates his job and people. Sir if you don’t like your job quit or Panera fire him and get someone who cares about people relationships and KEEPINGTHEPLACECLEAN and stop wiping the tables with the SAMEDIRTYRAG spreading germs, GROSS… below is my past review from 2013. PEOPLEYOURHEALTHISATRISK. By the way those dirty bathroom pictures are mine from 2013 COMMENTS: DIRTYTABLES… ANTS. I have been complaining about this location for at least 2 years and NOONE corrects the continued problems, nothing but excuses but our last visit was the final straw. The greasy haired manager on duty, kept touching his hair and handling food, the name on the card he gave me was Edison Cordova a dirty looking sloppy man. He did not wear gloves while handling money or after touching his hair and touching bakery items and other food? We spent an hour in this place and table after table was either cleaned by the customer or they skipped it and searched for a clean table. The bathrooms are always filthy, I asked him when was the bathroom last cleaned, he said every 15 minutes(obviously a joke) then they are supposedly cleaned more then the tables I said? The bathroom had paper all over the floor, filthy sink loaded with water on the sink and floor? I said in the hour we have been here no one cleaned the tables, where are they? He said in the back? I assume the dish washer when available cleans the tables. This manager also is a Walmart greeter at the door, when they are busy, he wastes time opening the door and says Welcome to Panera? Excuse me I would rather sit down at a clean table, thank you. I have filed numerous complaints with Panera and get nothing but did I speak to a manager about the problem? YES and after 2 years nothing is done about the dirty place. A month ago by the single booths against the left side next to the bakery section there were ants on the floor, he said did I report it I said YES and the manager thanked me for telling him, he would handle it. REALLY? This place is DIRTY. My next complaint is going to be to the Board of Health since Panera does not care. When they first opened the tables were cleaned regularly by a hired person just to do the tables and they took away the dirty dishes and trays. Customers now clean their own table, put their dirty dishes on a supplied area. WEDONOTCLE ANOURTABLEANYMOREWELEAVEOURDIRTYDISHESWITH A NOTEINSTEAD. As for the food, I am not sure I trust it for health or cleanliness, if you order the pick two and you order one of their small bowls selections the portion you get is for a child not an adult. SHAMEONTHEFLEMINGTONNEWJERSEYLOCATION. I HAVETHREATENEDTHEBOADOFHEALTHWITHTHEMANDTHEYDONOTCARE? This time I am going to file a complaint because the disgusting habits of the on duty manager is a health risk to its customers. He is supposed to be setting an example to his workers, INSTEAD he is a poor representative of the parent company Panera, I guess he feels his job is safe and he does not care. The food is okay, sometimes salty, portions are shrinking. There are so many better places to eat. If there was a no star rating I would give this location 0 stars. They need new reliable managers that do the job they were hired to do. Edison should be fired. A business’ most valuable asset is its reputation and PANERA in Flemington NJ has a failing grade. ALSO, a district manager should pay a surprise visit to catch them in the act instead of ignoring complaints. It is useless writing to this address because the woman that responds or calls does nothing to fix this problem. I am going to contact the Board of Health promptly on Monday

I love Panera. I only get one same salad every time, but I do love that salad. It is consistently good. Well, not at this particular Panera. Stopped by on my way from one site to another and what a disappointment. My salad was just thrown together. Avocado was not even sliced. Just a half of an avocado. Chicken was sliced but only partially, so I could not even separate it. Tomatoes were frozen. Gross. Common, Panera of Flemington NJ, time to get with the program!

This is, as my co-worker said, «The most disguising Panera I’ve ever been to.», and I agree. There was blood all over the floor in the women’s bathroom, flies and other flying creatures EVERYWHERE. I had an actual fear of food poisoning as I saw employees rubbing their faces and then touching the food as well. Needless to say I will NOT be going to this location again and it may deter me from going to other Panera locations as just the thought now turns my stomach…

Not one of the better Paneras. Management is the problem. Lacking friendliness, competency, and cleanliness. Mistakes on order, broken bathroom door, and unaccommodating workers.

I guess it’s your pretty typical Panera. I hadn’t been to a Panera in years and I recently stopped in here for lunch. I don’t know what it is but I feel like this Panera is always packed — no matter when you go. I am not at all familiar with the menu, so it took me some time to decide on what I wanted. I ended going with the roast beef asiago which was basically a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onions on some sort of asiago roll. It also had some sort of horseradish sauce on it. The sandwich itself was pretty good. Definitely tasty but really not that big. It did come with a bag of chips and a pickle. That would be a knock I have against this place — that the portions aren’t very big. I also had a cookie when I was here and it was very good. Nice and soft and definitely baked fresh. I would recommend getting one. So…it’s a decent place. I wouldn’t come out of my way to go here, but I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back here for a quick lunch. The soup bread bowls looked pretty interesting — maybe next time.

This place reminds me of a high school cafeteria, the food is inconsistent, the staff doesn’t care, the tables are dirty and then you get to pay inflated prices for what… bread and soup. Go someplace else!

I’ve eaten at the Flemington Panera on multiple occasions and more often than not I’ve been disappointed with either food or service. First, prices have sky rocketed, if you buy a pick two plus drink, its almost $ 10. Ten dollars for a skimpy half a sandwich a small soup and fountain soda? And the half sandwich is not even a half by most deli standards. At my local deli I would get a 6″ sub and a drink for way less money and leave full, not hungry. The Flemington Panera is always dirty. I’ve never seen anyone come around to wipe down or clean tables. Who wants to sit down to eat at a dirty table? Gross. Do they ever sweep the floor during the day? Doesnt look like it to me. It is always too cold inside with the a/c and there is always annoying jazz music playing. OK, I could ignore the music if the service and food were good. But theyre not. There is not enough staff. I’ve gone in during busy times and there is just one person taking orders, a long line of customers waiting. Why? Because they’re too cheap to pay enough staff to be there. There is often a long wait. Plus the staff waste your time with useless questions like«would you like to join our club so we can spam you with emails.» or «you can add a pastry to your lunch for just another $ 1.99.» I have eaten at other Panera locations and none of them had the issues above, which leads me to believe that the Flemington Panera is poorly managed.

its a panera, nothing bad to say about it. As the dutchess here, you can tell I enjoy it quite well! Its a great healthy quick meal that my husband and I love when we can’t figure out what else to eat. I always get the you pick two caesar salad with chicken noodle soup. Its yummy, low cal, and always hits the spot!

Its a Panera. A clean, bright, inviting, Panera. The manager was out and about with a smile on and everyone was helpful. Love that they post calorie counts now! The pick 2 is a great deal for trying different menu items as well.

Panera has excellent bread, a great assortment of salads and sandwiches and is always very busy which is a testament to the quality of their food. We’ve never had anything but the freshest ingredients, and they offer quality organic food which is hard to find anywhere, let alone in Flemington!

Standard Panera fair. Soup is great, food portions too pricey for the amount you get(OK for gals on a diet but not for guys with normal appetites).
