Delicious !! Same location and same franchise, was closed previously and re opened. Staff is super friendly… Recommend the current promo 10 pretzels for $ 5

I am glad the owner is trying to bring back this franchise. 1. Get an employee that can handle 3 customers, it was like watching a bad movie. 2. If you were disposable gloves, and handle money, change gloves. 3. The pretzel was hot, buy majorly under cooked!

Great place to go for authentic Philly style soft pretzels and a quick lunch or snack! Located along US202/NJ 31 Southbound next to Jake’s, the Philly Pretzel Factory bakes up handmade hot soft pretzels all day long. The price is right, 3 pretzels for $ 2, 10 pretzels for $ 5, 20 pretzels for $ 9, and mini pretzels are 5 for $ 2. Pretzel dogs and spicy pretzel sausages(1 for $ 2.00÷2 for $ 3.50), pepperoni pretzel melt(featured on Undercover Boss invented by a NJ franchise owner) and bottled beverages(Coke products) from the cooler are also available. The place is geared for takeout with no seating area, just a counter top with napkins and spicy mustard squeeze bottles The hot pretzels(2 loops each) are a very filling snack, crispy outside with a soft chewy and very dense texture inside, coated with large salt crystals on the outside(cinnamon and unsalted also available upon request). Dipping sauces such as mustard, cheese, cream cheese, cinnamon, and chocolate are extra. The pretzel dogs here are very good! On the way to Philly, I made a lunch pitstop here to get that unique taste of Philly ahead of time. Also, the Philly Pretzel Factory(in Clifton Park, NY) near my home unfortunately closed up shop(I miss it!), which made my craving for Philly pretzel dogs even greater. I ordered the Combo 2: 2 Pretzel Dogs with a 20 oz bottled Coke product, $ 5.00 even! I filled the pretzel dogs with spicy mustard for a tasty and quick lunch. Also, US202/NJ 31 being a very busy highway, I saw two truckers actually pull over their big rigs onto the shoulder in front of the Philly Pretzel Factory and went inside for their Philly pretzel fix!
