I went there a couple of years ago. wanted to get a dryer. all the people that work there were just standing around talking and not paying any attention to several people that were there. no help. one of them was running around like an a$$ with his pant legs rolled up making fun of someone that had been there earlier. They lost a sale, if not more that night. will not go back. if I could give no stars I would.

Ok, so today is Christmas Eve and our refrigerator decided to bite the dust around 12 noon. Rogers came through for us in a pinch and delivered our new fridge same day saving us from having to throw away a lot of food and things we prepared for Christmas Day. I’m sure those guys would have preferred to call it quits early and go home to their families but they made the time to help us out. Thank you so much Rogers appliances!

When we built our home in 2002 we used Roger’s for all of our major appliances and grill. The grill, refrigerator, clear ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, range, washer and dryer are all still going strong, I’ve been really happy with the KitchenAid, Whirlpool and Weber brands. The only issue we had was with the microwave door that was poorly designed by KitchenAid. And although the microwave still worked it would have been costly to replace just the door on an 11 year old microwave so with some guidance from Roger’s I purchased a perfect replacement model with all of the features I was looking for. Roger’s has really been terrific with their customer service, if any of my appliances need to be replaced we won’t hesitate to go there for new purchases.

Of course the store has no prices listed on the web. Only a «call for quote» price listed on everything. So I called for a quote. Reponse was that they were busy and to leave my info and they’d call back later.(Three days and still waiting, BTW) In the meantime I filled out an online quote form for four items. A salesman, Kevin A, did respond to this request the following day but only for one of the items. When I emailed back what about the remaining items the response was that I’d need to come in with the model numbers(uh, those were all in the email and the initial quote request) so he could see what rebates and incentives were available. I asked again to just please just give me the prices without. Nope, insisted I need to come in for that. FAIL. I complied with your web site that says call for quote. The store did not follow through. No problem I took my $ 10,000 purchase elsewhere. FOLLOWUP: Ordered from Fergusons in Princeton. Customer service very good. Prices very good as well.

Just got a new refrigerator and dishwasher! I shopped the two products at three stores and rogers had the best price and additional rebates… The service didn’t stop at the sales counter the two men who installed the products were professional and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Disappointing to say the least. I ordered a range hood in January, was told I would have it in a week… a week came a went, I called and then was told it was on back-order, and would hopefully have it in 4 – 6 weeks. Sigh, I waited, 6 weeks later, I call again and find out they can no longer get the hood I ordered due to some issue with their distributor. Keep in mind, no one ever called me to tell me this, I had to call. I ask for alternatives for a 7 foot ceiling(99% of them will fit 8 foot or higher ceilings only), and they say a Whirlpool will work for me, so I order that. I get it a week later, and my contractor reviews and says it’s not good for a 7 foot ceiling. I haul it back to the store for a return, and the manager jerks me around because the box was opened and a piece of styrofoam is missing in the packaging. He’ll have to charge me a restocking fee. AWESOME. I complain but they won’t budge. I consider the restocking fee cheap at this point, I’ve learned to never go to Roger’s again. Small businesses just don’t get it. Pennywise, pound foolish.

We bought our first washing machine from them in 2004, our dryer in 2008. No problems at all, delivery men were very professional. We upgraded our washer this past September and again, it was a smooth purchase. Their prices are decent, customer service was good, and we would deal with them again.

We remodeled our kitchen and shopped every area store We ultimately used Rogers for a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and range. They were competitively priced and delivered and set up quickly. A few years later we needed to replace our clothes washing machine and shopped around and again Rogers had good recommendations, price, and delivery. They no longer offer service but know several contractors in the area and provided referrals. We will consider Rogers for future appliance needs.

Bought a floor model Whirlpool side by side refrigerator. We were told it was new? Rogers used to have a clearence center by Church Street. Now that we are having major problems with it and have had 5 service calls and it started having problems less then 2 years after we got it. It cannot be fixed, we bought a lemon, it keeps having the same problem. The refrigerator does not keep consistant safe food temperatures. We believe we were sold a refurbished model. 2nd bad experience with Rogers will NEVER go back to that store. We had to wait 2 weeks for our first service call without a working refrigerator? The extended warranty is useless. We are still waiting to be paid for food we lost several times and they only pay up to $ 100. They say wait until the refrigerator is fixed? BEWARE too of Home Depot they have the same warranty company and you will go through the same thing. Now we are out shopping for a place we can trust, there are not too many out there. Do your homework, we may try Lowes this time. We are now awaiting a replacement check agreed upon by the warranty company if they approve it? In our contract it says repair or replace. I won’t hold my breath for that one, we may be forced out of pocket to purchase a new refrigerator BUT we also may consider a legal action against Rogers, Whirlpool and the Warranty company if we are not satisfied with the outcome results. Staff at Rogers is helpful when purchasing but after your purchase they are rude, obnoxious, nasty and don’t care. The fat man behind the desk is the nastiest.
