Sleepy’s

Here is an update on my last review.
After many phone calls back and forth my wife and I
have made some progress!
I’ll start by saying that in my first review I stated that we paid an exterminator to inspect for bugs. That was a mistake on my part due to a miscomunication between my wife and I. Sorry for that.
We have been told that our warranty has been reinstated, BECAUSE THERE WERE NO BUGS (do not have that in writing yet) due to the dillagence of our contact Karen, thank you Karen. We were also told that we would be reimbursed for the caritng away of the old bedding as part of the contract, only fourty bucks, but it’s fourty bucks, nope have’nt seen that either. And we are still missing the the $ 170.13 we had to pay to get the bedding disposed of. We happen to live in a small rural part of Jersey where you can’t just put stuff on the curb and I could not let the old bedding just sit on the lawn untill Sleepy’s did the right thing, remember it was summer then.
I am waiting on three things.
1: A written statement that says I do in fact have a warranty on this bed, that I do in some ways regret buying.
2: My fourty bucks
3: The money I paid to have the old bedding carted away, which I am quite sure was less than what I saved in buying this bedding from this store
Thank you again Karen for your hard work in verifiying with the exterminator that came out free of charge to help my wife and I.

I bought a Mattress from Sleepy Flemington last week, It was very comfortable. Salesman Jeff C was very helpful. The pillow was incredible. Thank you very much Sleepy.

We went to Sleepy’s on a Friday evening as our first spot to ‘just look’ for a new king mattress. We wanted a new one, but planned to just get an idea of prices and feels. Jeff was great. He was no-​nonsense and gave us direct opinions and answers to our questions. He listened to what we wanted and directed us to our price range. He also was great about walking away so we could talk and just lie on the mattress and not feel pressure. When it came to negotiating, although we know the sticker price is intentionally higher, he really did his best to get us what we wanted. And boom! We bought it on the spot and felt good about what we were getting… thanks Jeff!

We had never been to a Sleepy’s before today, but I must say that my experience was overall positive. We researched the specific mattresses we were looking for and they had them all in stock to try out. We decided on one and got delivery for the next day. Courteous staff, great prices and great atmosphere. I would recommend this store to friends and family.

We just bought the most comfortable mattress at an amazing cost. Jamie worked with our budget and gave us an amazing deal! He was friendly and helpful, highly recommend this place.
