Sephora Inside JCP

I had the best experience ever with Krystal! I shop at the other sephora/​ulta locations and I have NEVER received better customer service! Krystal helped me so much with my visit at sephora. She provided great information, tips, and her own experiences with the products! I trusted her so much that I booked an appointment to get my makeup down by her and I couldn’t be more pleased!!! Thank you so much Krystal! I will for sure be coming back to your store!!!

A cornucopia of cosmetics.
This Sephora has fairly decent service and nice selection of cosmetics, but the lines are long and you might be in for a wait. It’s not as good as the Burton location, which is a bummer because I live much closer to this particular Sephora.
They carry all of the traditional Sephora lines, including Cargo, Urban Decay, Too Faced, and the eponymous Sephora line, as well as a substantial array of fragrances for both men and women. The prices are standard Sephora– AKA, on a par with department store cosmetic counters.
I prefer this Sephora for just grabbing what I already know that I want and getting in and out quickly, as opposed to picking up a VIP card rewards gift, free samples or trying something new because the customer service is somewhat lacking. They just get so busy and the lines bog down so utterly that it turns into a waste of time to go looking for something special that requires sales assistance, let alone trying to redeem those VIP rewards freebies.

I went to the Too Faced Makeover event and had my makeup done by Rhonda. She was super nice and helpful, she showed me how she was applying everything. I ended up buying quite a few products.
I did have a 12:30 appt and ended up waiting for a while before I was seen, but everyone was very apologetic and nice about it.
