We’ll Christmas Eve, Walked in, and ordered 2 Lasagnes, Chicken Caesar Salad, and Breadsticks, Paid cash, and then tipped the cashier 5.00 extra for Tip! Then Paid 3.00 extra to make salad, into Chicken Caesar Salad. After paying, the cashier left, and then a young lady came up, and informed me, it would be almost an hour wait, for my food! then I suggested that, they deliver it to me, and she told me, it would be about an hour and 45 min’s! so what’s a guy to do? ask for all his money back including the tip! 5.00, So I just told them to deliver it! and I would wait for it at home! when the Food arrived, no Chicken caesar Salad, really cold bread sticks, and some kind of gooey Cheese bread sticks, That i didn’t even order! and then on to the Lasagna, and Guess what! Yes it was still Cold in the middle! so tomorrow i’m taking all the food back, uneaten for a full refund! I will let you know the Outcome! P. S. I also Tipped the Delivery driver 3.00, would have been more if the Salad was with the Food!

Let me start off by saying that if I could do a ZERO star review I would. I ordered my pizza over the phone, was told it’d be ready in 20 mins. So I head on over & arrive there just at the 20 minute mark. I was then told it’d be a few more minutes… 20 minutes after that I was, for lack of a better word, «greeted» by a young lady with so much attitude and sass. When I asked about the delay I got no apology, instead she complained and complained about how she is the only one back there cooking pizzas. That is no excuse. Her first interaction with me was so hostile even before I asked about the delay. After that she slammed the window to the drive thru several times. AND to top it off for as long as I had to wait the food wasn’t even hot. Like what the hell?!

Worst service I have ever had. Called an ordered a large pizza at 10:03PM. Told it would be 40 minutes for delivery. Called at 11:06 after pizza was still not delivered and told our food had gotten cold and was just finishing cooking after being re-made. Asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. Asked the manager for a discount and was told she could only give a five dollar discount. She was short and arrogant in her responses. I was not happy but accepted the discount and told my pizza was on its way. At 11:53PM I again called and asked to speak to a manager. The same manager got on the phone and said it had only been a few minutes and there was nothing she could do. She then complained I lived to far away even though I was clearly within delivery range. She would not help any further and was again snippy until she hung up. At 12:05AM my pizza finally arrived. The delivery boy was polite and apologetic. He is the person who should be in charge. He was professional and empathetic. In order to receive the discount the delivery driver had to call the store manager to change the amount my card was charged. Even though it should have been free. The driver put the phone on speaker so he could have a free hand to write with, the manager proceeded to use expletive words aimed at me. I could not get the managers name but she is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I hope she will be fired for her complete unprofessionalism. I will be reporting this incident to corporate. Please do not support this business until this manager is replaced. By the way my order was incorrect. Again please do not order pizza from here until the manger is replaced and the situation rectified.

The first time I ordered from Cottage Inn, they said it would take an hour for delivery, which was fine. It took 3 hours. They didn’t even apologize and were super rude. The second time I ordered pizza, they delivered the wrong pizza. When I called and told them, they said they couldn’t make us a new one but would give us a credit for a new pizza. When I used that credit, I also ordered garlic butter. They said I would have to pay for that, which was perfectly fine. Th ey delivered my pizza and didnt give me the garlic butt I paid for. I didn’t even call back because I don’t even want to speak to anyone there. The managers were rude to me both times my order was messed up. Worst service, and food isn’t even that good.
