Perhaps one of the best customer service experiences yet. I checked out this store after inquiring about a specific type of vacuum that I thought my mother-​in-​law, the world’s most difficult woman, might like since hers malfunctioned and couldn’t be repaired. After doing some thorough research, I came away with the belief that this was a solid store with excellent customer service. I had already scoured every other store around for a decent replacement for her to no avail. As I said, she is difficult, if not downright impossible to please. I talked her into going into Oreck with me to check out the vacuum that was recommended to me by the salesman. After a little apprehension on her part, we decided it was the best fit for her needs. The salesman pored over the warranty, how it works, every feature on the vacuum and potential repairs to it down the road with her in painstaking detail. She was sold. I warned him that she was difficult, but he was patient and reassuring with her. He left no stone unturned when it came to giving her all the info and comparison shopping it with other models. Was it cheap? No, but the quality is worth it and it had every option that she needed in one model. I would say it’s money well spent in the long run for her. After some kevetching, she started using it and hasn’t complained once. I was shocked she didn’t return it since it’s something for which she’s rather well-​known. Thank God she is pleased. For the best customer service and quality, this store hit all the right marks.
