Fast service with a smile. I’ve been going here my whole life and have never had a messed up order. The staff is always courteous and you never have to wait long in the drive thru.

Wow. The service has gone downhill here fast. They are no longer tops for speed or accuracy at the drive-through. Just skip the drive-through, altogether, and you will be better off. My last foray through the drive-up consisted of waiting in line behind three cars for total of 33 minutes. That’s right– 33 minutes! If you’re doing the math, that comes to 11 minutes per car. That’s outrageous. The way the drive-through is designed, you can’t go around and just leave, which is what I would have done if I could have! They have you trapped in the drive-up lane at their mercy. By the time I received my order, it was a disaster. The food was cold, smashed together and in total disarray. I complained and then I had to wait another 5 – 6 minutes in order to receive a refund. I told the girl at the window that I didn’t want the food and that I had been in line for what seemed like an eternity and she said, «okay, just a minute,» and proceeded to disappear until a manager came to the window and said that she would have to refund me cash(I paid with a credit card), but that I still had to take the unappealing bag of crappy food because that’s their policy. The food was not fit to eat, so I wound up tossing it in the trash. Did I mention that I was actually famished when I drove into the Taco Bell parking lot in the first place? Well, not anymore. The entire episode made no sense at all. Completely baffling. To make matters worse, it seems like the dining room is getting just as slow as the drive-through. My husband and I walked out the other day after waiting longer than we cared to behind two lumberjack types who needed a shower.

This will probably be the only fast-food place I review, but seeing that it has been an integral part of my college career, I figure that it deserves a word or two. In my 3 years of constant visits, this Taco Bell has never let me down — service is always at least acceptable, and usually quite good to exceptional. Inside is clean. Food is 100% Taco Bellishness, with no scary monsters or octopodes making any appearances. The Drive-thru is open until 3:30 am I believe, which in this part of Flint renders this Taco Bell one of the few calorie sources open late late at night. I will be continuing to visit this establishment for another year or so. They should keep the XXL Nachos! They are useful for those of us who struggle to eat 2000 calories in a day!
