This is one my favorite bakery type places in the area. The food is fresh and delicious and I always try something new and have not been disappointed. The prices are a little on the high side for Florence, but well worth it based on quality. Highly recommend.

Hit or miss. I’ve been there 4 times and I get the same sandwich everytime. Twice it came out perfect and twice it was basically just bread. The flavor is excellent but way way over priced! I can get a steak, prawn, veggies and a drink and the Colorado Brewery for the same price.

MUSTTRY! If you get a chance to visit Florence, Colorado, make extra time to eat at this little gem. We stumbled upon it one morning, and were extremely excited when we saw they had 3 types of quiche that morning. Ham and cheese, spinach and feta, and green chile. My husband, daughter and I each got a different one. Each had a wonderful taste, but my favorite was the spinach and feta. They also make fresh pastries which run the gamut from a huge brownie, to bread pudding, to pies, tiramisu just to name a few. We are definitely making another trip to Florence(it’s 20 minutes from our house) just to eat here. Can’t wait to try the pastries!!!

My husband and I decided to stop here on our way to check out houses with our realtor. I ordered the southwestern chicken with chili. Very good sandwich, though I couldn’t taste thanx to my sickness. The chili was good with spices, just a different type of spice. I highly want to go back when I feel better. I can’t say how my husbands was, he got the Italian sandwich with chips. He wished though the olive mix wasn’t so olivey so to speak. He thought there was too much of the paste. Yes I would say stop here if your passing through.

Definately a 5 star!!! Family friendly and very kind people. Variety of good sandwiches and to die for soups. Worth every cent!

We swing by this Bakery on our way to Westcliffe. This time we stopped by for lunch and some snacks. The sandwiches were really good, but very messy. I was glad we had the plastic lunch containers to catch everything. Overall, a good place to stop on the way to your destination.

Amazing! Coconut macaroons are to die for and I don’t even like sweets! The Italian Lettuce Wrap was fantastic — an amazing gluten free option in this tiny town — wow! And Pomegranate Iced Tea. What a delightful place!

We are so glad we found a place that had vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The owner and staff were helpful in researching product ingredients. We will be back!

Among the many antique stores along main street you will find this great bakery. They offer many types of sandwiches, 1 or 2 soups of the day, maybe a quiche or two and an assortment of baked goods(sweets to breads). There are only a couple of options along main street to eat and I am glad I picked this place. The food was fresh, tasty and service very friendly. Not sure if it is always order-at-the-counter service but when I was there it was non table service. Which too me is a big plus in places like this.
