I usually have a lot of stuff to take up to the room so I need a cart. Last time I stayed, 12/19/2015 there were no carts. Staff said people were taking them to their room and not bringing them back down. Hey guys, I have a suggestion: keep a back up cart in the office and when you run short, give it to people but get their room number.

Stayed there on our way from MD to FL. Service was great. Rooms were clean/updated. And the free breakfast in the morning was one of the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. Well stocked, good variety. Kudos.

I am revising my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Based on their customer service. Maintenance 0;(hotels need a 24⁄7 maintenance person) & customer service 4. Hotel clerk on check in completely ignored me as I stood in front of him for 5minutes @12:45AM(waiting for my husband to park the car) and there was not another soul in sight. He didn’t even say hello. But as my husband was coming in, another man walked in, he was deaf and the clerk treated him respectfully, which I greatly appreciated. But upon getting to our suite, we had an issue with our toilet that was obviously an issue before we arrived and when we called for help, we were told maintenance closes @11pm, and we could either chg rooms or we had to take care of the issue ourselves! Huh? The front desk man(who previously ignored me) had security bring us a plunger and towels! Guess who had to fix the Hampton plumbing issue? Huh? Is this Hampton in the family of Hilton Hotels??? Very tacky & unprofessional. Long story short… My husband spent 20min fixing the issue himself and then had to shower @1:30AM. When we ck’d out this morning, the clerk comp’d the room! That made all the diff to my husband because we love Hiltons/Hamptons and have always looked for this brand first when traveling. We are honors members and last night said«we will never stay @ another Hilton property again.» So, kudos to this locations customer satisfaction. If they get 24⁄7 maintenance we would def stay there again! Sidebar: they did offer us another room, but it was after 1am, we’d been traveling 8hours and our son was already asleep.

Great stop over off I-95. A little pricy for the area, but compared to the others, well worth it. The place is very clean,(at least our room was) they offered a breakfast in the morning… standard fare. Nothing great, but better than just continental. YES… I would definitely stay again.
