Great store. Great customer service. Great prices and products. If you have a problem with something you purchased there, they will make it right! If you have a repair need, they’ll evaluate it for free first and not do anything until you authorize the repair estimate. They are very nice and knowledgeable.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I’ve had to take a laptop back in for battery replacement shortly after buying it there. But they replaced no problem for free, no questions asked.
Yep. I’m a fan and you will be too.

OMG this place is great. Nobody likes it when their computer quits but Scott and Rick make it as pleasant as possible. They are honest about how it will be in the shop the fix is perfect and the prices are CHEAP! I hope they don’t see this they might do a price increase. Seriously this place is the best.

Great DEAL!!! I came in here before to get my Dell laptop I call it (Old Faithful) anyway, they did a Reinstall for $ 20.00. Awesome price the first time. So I was so happy for the great price. I got it done again, well this time it wasn’t only needing a reinstall XP, the key board was not working, so they put in another keyboard… for FREE!!! and it was only $ 20 unbelievable price $ and service. Thanks Scott and Rick

With a lot of over-​priced, stodgy computer shops in the Florence area, Laptop Fix is a refreshing concept. They keep it simple. Flat rate fees for most common services and $ 39.95 for new laptop chargers, no matter what brand they are. Despite the name of the shop, they also work on desktop PCs.
They also sell refurbished laptops and desktops, including Apple Macs with a 60-​day warranty. WIth a friendly, knowledgeable staff there is now a better choice in Northern Kentucky.
