I absolutely love Skyline and it never disappoints. This location isn’t my favorite though. I think because of the large flow of people at this location they see so many customers in and out every day that their heart just isn’t in it. If your in Florence I would head to the location on Mall rd., the service is just more friendly there. But if you’re looking for a quick coney, any location will do, and I’ve never had an issue with my food here.

Greeted and offered any table within a minute. Acknowledged by server when I sat down. Drink and order taken within a minute. Server was smiling and friendly. Drink refilled before I went empty. Food came out fast, hot and fresh. I was checked on two more times and never had to wait for anything.
I would recommend eatting her and sitting in Nicole’s section.

Awesome chili. Me being from the south, this concept of chili was completely different, but it was good. I got the five way, and boy oh boy was it awesome. The only reason I did not give it five starts was because the chili was lacking the kick I expect chili to have; although the table did have hot sauce on it. Look forward to eating here again in the future.

First time eating Skyline, what a great place to do it! Our server Cathy embraced it– brought me samples, helped me figure out what to order with my dietary restrictions and kept checking in with us. The manager even came by our table when he found out I was a Skyline newbie! Looking forward to my next ‘three way’ (and for those of you who are also newbies– that’s something you order, not do!)

The chili was good as usual but I found the service at this location to be a little lacking. The place was not busy yet 4 of the 5 employees (younger kids) just stood around while one employee had to work the drive thru and cash us out and it didn’t need to be like that.
