Splendid Bridal

A rude brunette teenager was my consultant. She rolled her eyes when I said I was wearing blue. Offered bridesmaid dresses. (Not a problem), yanked out three or four after asking us a few questions.
Next the girl left me and my sister alone and: Never Checked on Us One Time. No. U don’t know if I changed my mind and wanted to order today. Wanted a $ 2k pink gown or anything. But after all this, any potential sale is gone. Meanwhile the owner, an older consultant and another girl were all also around.
No one said goodbye/​have a nice day as we left. Also they only carry about four-​six brands and the a.c. only seems to work in about half the store. The put us the the dressing room that didn’t work.

I had a great experience at Splendid. I went with my mom to pick out some dresses I liked on a Friday when it wasn’t busy and made an appointment to come back the next day to try them on for my girls. We ended up showing up an hour early, and although they had to switch my associate, were very flexible and helped me right away despite being extremely busy.
They have a wonderful selection of dresses for any style and are pretty reasonably priced compared to some of the other shops. They brought us into the back room to try on which was very impressive! Huge, leather couches and giant floor-​length mirrors with stages to try the dresses on. It was by far the most comfortable of any of the shops we visited.
My associate (I want to say Tracy?) was beyond helpful. She was friendly and talkative and didn’t hesitate to ask questions about me and my wedding. It was clear she enjoys what she does and that made a huge difference! Although I ended up getting my dress somewhere else, I would definitely recommend this shop to any future brides!

I had flown into Northern Kentucky for a few days with the sole mission of shopping for my daughter’s wedding gown. Since Splendid Bridal was closest to my daughter’s home, she and I, along with her future mother-​in-​law stopped in yesterday (Saturday) unannounced. The shop was bustling with activity, but they were thankfully able to squeeze us in without an appointment.
From the moment we arrived we knew we would find THE dress. Tanya was delightful and helped to put us all at ease, and her professionalism and knowledge was fantastic. At no time did we feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. Tanya knew exactly how to help my daughter narrow down the many gowns she tried on. The selection at Splendid Bridal is large, but not overwhelming. We laughed, chatted, discussed. The only hard part of the process was that our daughter looked stunning in so many of their gowns that it was hard to make a selection, except for the fact that Tanya told our daughter that you want a dress that is going to be a «WOW. With that in mind our daughter found a dress that is just perfection.
This experience will be one of the many memories our daughter will have in planning her wedding and we hope that the rest of the process is as stress-​free and memorable as this was.

I love this bridal store. I knew before going shopping I wanted a lace dress so this store was perfect! Previously I had been to a few other bridal stores and this one was just right for me not to big which can be really overwhelming and not to small. Staff was amazing not pushy but would give an opinion if asked and were not rude at all which I have seen at previous places. I found a dress that had everything I wanted and more! I would highly recommend this store.

Beautiful selection, fantastic staff, really listened to me and what I wanted. Was able to find the most perfect dress very quickly — and the price was perfect! I was very impressed because I had thought I wanted a different dress, which they didn’t have but could order — and turns out the other store where I had put it on was charging WAY more than it was even worth! The folks at Splendid Bridal offered to order the dress for me at the wholesale price if I really wanted it. I was so impressed! Turns out, I found an even MORE amazing dress in the store that day. Honestly, I really felt like the dress was made for my body and personality. As SOON as she zipped up the back in the dressing room I knew it was mine! The sample size fit me like a glove and I didn’t need any alterations after ordering mine new :) I got SO many compliments on my dress. I have never felt more beautiful. Now if only I can convince my husband to let me wear it out to a nice dinner sometime… ;-)

As a wedding photographer, and bride I was having quite the struggle finding a dress I haven’t photographed before, and within my budget. I was literally kicked out of stores for my «cheap» budget, and treated poorly. All I wanted to do was skip the whole wedding thing, go to Vegas and get it over with.
Before being completely HUMILIATED and kicked out of stores again, I called to make sure they could manage my budget. From the second they answered the phone, I knew this was going to be something good.
Dianne fit in PERFECTLY, with my family and had no pressure on me all about buying a dress. She gave great critiques, had wonderful charm, and just that right about of wit to make me feel like I didn’t hate this process. I believe I was there for about 2 hours, and didn’t even realize!
I ended up buying my dress that day, but debating on accessories for the dress. When I came back to pick up dress, they remembered exactly who I was, where I was getting married, and the details of my day. She also had set aside some accessories to show me, which matched exactly and saved me money!
Splendid Bridal COMPLETELY changed my feeling of shopping for that perfect wedding dress. While planning the wedding i have come to realize you run across some pretty shady vendors. They are by far one of my favorites!

As a bride, budget, selection and know how are the main things we want when finding thee dress… This place hits 2 of those for the most part.
The owner and his wife are super helpful and friendly, even when I showed up on Saturday afternoon without an appointment. They pulled dresses after gauging my personality and style that were great! She even had no problem doing the corset backs up so I could really know what it would look like. The fitting room has a long mirror and slight runway to really see the dress. As well as comfy couches for your guests.
The part I wasn’t crazy about was the pricing in a way. Their prices are super great! (under $ 2000 for the most part) but they just don’t budge on them. Even David’s Bridal will knock a few bucks off to get the sale. Not here though.
The great thing about this place though is their veils are way cheaper than anyone else and they have a great selection of them. The dresses, are all Maggie Solterro, and Allure. Not much outside of those.
