Awful awful awful!!! The staff here are so rude. I came in a group of four and was the last in line to get my manicure. I ended crossing myself off the list because it was seriously so hot in there but before I did one of the nail techs said to my sister about me «Is she getting a manicure too? We have no time. Too busy» and we were the only ones there!
Also, one of the techs kept her newborn baby in the corner of the salon exposed to all of those toxic fumes.
Everything about this place annoyed me.

BEST Manicure/​Pedicure in Northern Kentucky!!! My girlfriend Toey had a 2 o’clock appointment, they got her in right away. That’s one of my biggest pet-​peeves, if I have a appointment, I expect to get in right away, well they got her in right away. Definitely make appointment with them, they will get really busy and they are brand new nail salon. All new equipment, all new chairs, new big screen TV and all new furniture. Great décor. The location is very convenient, it’s next to Buca Di Beppo and Hannoush Jewelers in the Florence mall, which is located next to Sears upstairs. It used to be Sam Meyers Tuxdo/​Dresses location.
Service is outstanding, the owner Amy is very knowledgeable on nails. She will spend the time with you and talk to you. The pedicure station is really cool and comfortable. They even do waxing, a lot of great amenities ;-), that reason why they are called VIP.
