No, No, NO! This Wendy’s is stuffed inside of a Pilot gas station and convenience store and the best thing I can tell you is, avoid this place. It’s staffed with slow and stupid people. And i mean slow. For something inside a place called a «travel center» they seem dedicated to keeping you there and not giving you what you paid for. It was big mistake for me to order here. Do not repeat my mistake. Avoid this place.

The cashier took my order quickly, food came out a short time later hot. No complaints here.

I had to rate this place because of the dirty conditions. There were so many flies that we had to leave even after investing 15 min on line. Thankfully we saw this and had a chance to leave. I feel bad for the drive thru patrons.

Columbia, SC
I stopped after 7 pm here at Pilot Travel Center. Wendy’s was slow to deliver its orders but the food was fresh n tastey. I will add this to my list of regular stops.
I had the Spicy Crispy Chicken Ceasar Salad. The staff at Wend’s was polite and courteous to everyone the hour or so I lounged in the dining area. Good stop!
