No cash back for 2 days? What gives?

This is the very worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Went there to get a prescription filled. Stood in line for an hour to hand in prescription. Then told to come back two hours later to pick. Stood in line for another hour and still not ready Stay away from the place

I have always liked Walgreens. They have a great selection of merchandise. However, they have lost three stars for the pharmacy waits at the Florida City location. If you get in the drive through lane behind even only one other car you might be sitting there for 10,15, maybe even 20 minutes while they take care of that one customer. I called their pharmacy office and they said that’s the way they do it. When I drive up my prescriptions are ready, I express pay, and I’m the heck out of there in 2 minutes! If the pharmacist had to mix special ear drops and call an insurance company or some other major hassle, shouldn’t I just come in the store? I would not want to hold up 10 other customers some of which are probably about to have a heart attack waiting in that stupid line. It’s called common sense (and common courtesy). Until they fix this, I’m going to another pharmacy. Either your prescription is ready or it’s not. If it’s not, then come back when it is! This is not rocket science.

The only reason this place getting 5 stars is because every time we come here the bathroom is in bad shape and never has toilet paper. Not kidding! The pharmacy staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Lines here can be pretty long sometimes but that is to be expected.

This store was sold out of the product I was looking fork, but it was clean and well organized. The employee that I spoke with was friendly and offered a couple of suggestions for other places nearby to try.
