HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. We paid to have move-in cleaning service done on a house that was new to us, and one of the cleaning people spilled bleach on the carpet. When we try to get the situation rectified, the owner yells about how she isn’t responsible, how she will pay for the carpet but won’t pick it up or install it, and that I can take her to court if I want. Not to mention, they barely even cleaned anything for the astronomical amount of money they were paid. I wanted to use a local company and give back in my new community when I moved in, but this unprofessional and miserable person has driven me to consider the use of a franchised cleaning service from now on. Stay far away from this place — I would give it zero stars if Unilocal let me.
