The staff and management here are terrible. They were very rude, talking to what were appearently their friends while ignoring other customers. The girl who finally attended to me was not at all friendly and ended up cutting my finger because she was too busy chatting with her co-workers. When the manager came over to ask how things were I told her that I had to wait a very long time even with an appointment. Her reply was«well we ARE busy» as she practically grabbed my money as I paid. I will NEVER go here again. With all the nail salons in the area, DON“T WASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEYONTHISPLACE.

Great service in a great atmosphere! I’ve been a client at NeoSole for a few months now and I’ve been very pleased with each visit. When I first started going there, my nails were weak and brittle. I’d stop wearing acrylic and«gel» nails for over a year but my nails were still very unhealthy. On top of that, my profession requires constant hand washing. Needless to say, a manicure would only last one or two days. Even a «no chip» manicure only lasted a few days. Nea, my nail tech and owner of NeoSole, was very patient and accommodating. After only a few treatments, my nails began to look and feel healthy. Now, a «no chip» manicure lasts over 2 weeks. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff an they focus on healthy nails! No drills in this place! I love it! I strongly recommend NeoSole Nail Lounge for anyone who is having an issue with their nails or if you just want a comfortable, clean and relaxing environment to get pampered!

I absolutely love this salon! I have been a client for a little over a year now and I was sold the first day!!! Very professional and upscale salon, that does impeccable work! High-end products and services that last and will keep me coming back again and again, not to mention it is also a neighborhood gem!!! :)

I had an 11:00 appointment for a manicure, which they emailed to confirm, and ANDDIDNOTSITINTHECHAIRUNTIL12:25! It was not even busy.. . a receptionist and two nail techs and only four customers! Despite the fact that my appointment had been seriously blown, one technician chilled when her customers were done, and the other answered the phone when the receptionist went out for lunch. To me, this is like giving customers a big-FU. .. so what you’ve been sitting there an hour and a half, we’re going to continue to do our thing. I was using a Groupon-like voucher that someone had already paid for or I would have walked out after 20 minutes. Getting a manicure is a treat, but this experience was a nightmare.

I purchased a Groupon for this nail lounge because it was in my neighborhood and I wanted a place I could return too if I liked it after using my groupon. However, when I called to make the appt. the receptionist was very rude. After making my appt. for 1÷28÷12; She asked me if I had read their policy and rules for using the groupon and I replied, «yes». I told her I did not want anymore than what the groupon offered. If I wanted to upgrade my service I would do so upon arrival. She insisted that I go to their website to read the policy. I told her that I had already. she insisted again. I told her I did not have time; she ask if she could read them to me and I refused. I also refused to give her and email address as she asked if she could email them to me. I refused because I get enough junk mail. I could tell she was getting an attitude as she said she wanted to make me fully aware of their policy and what I was getting. I asked if something was wrong with the establishment or service and that maybe I should not come there and just canceled my appt… she quickly agreed that I should cancel and ended the call after saying, «she wanted the customer to know exactly what they were getting.» I called Groupon customer service and got a credit to my account because this receptionist had a bad personality for phone conversation. When a customer decline an offer the receptionist being overly persistence made me not want to go there and that is not how you win customers. She fail to realize that she need customers more than I need a place to get my nails done. Nail salons are popping up everywhere these days and the majority of them are really nice. I thought this nail salon was going to be a winner, but I was wrong! Note: everybody don’t need to answer the phone.

Great services, great staff and great location if you are in the south burbs. I love the fact that they don’ t cut your cuticles or use drills. My manis always last and look fresh.
