Got a coupon in the mail, so I thought I’d try them out for the first time. Tried to use the coupon for a free coffee, but apparently it was «a mailer sent out by mistake and they couldn’t honor it». I’ll stick with Starbucks, which if a «mistake mailer» was sent out, they would have still honored the coupon. I’m sure it’s a great location, but I have yet to try their coffee. Too bad.

Went to this location once. Not a big Dunkin Donuts person in the first place but I was in the middle of my morning 20 mile walk/​run and it was on the way so I stopped in to get a small something. I got a donut and a coffee and it was mediocre at best. Inside the store it was FREEZING and the bathroom was a mess! The employees were on their phones and were joking around a lot which is fine. I’m all about having fun at work but they were ignoring customers. Probably won’t be returning to this location. I prefer the Southern Maid donuts next door.

Okay so the food is hot and the staff is nice, but I’ve asked for the Snack N Go Steak Wrap 4 times – every time more specific and emphasised then the last– and they still manage to give me the wrong thing. This time they literally gave me 4 donuts. And this after the guy came to the window and asked me to repeat what I wanted AGAIN.
Its a good location and has all the makings of a successful place, but for the love of god I just want my steak wrap.

This is the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. These kids can’t even brew a pot of coffee right. The employees have no customer service skills. Sad to say we have a POS dunkin in flower mound
If you want good dunkin go to the one off Old Denton and Hebron. they’re are such awesome people that work and care about making good coffee and sweet

I am a die hard Dunkin Donuts fan and was super excited when I saw they had a Dunkin Donuts right down the street from where I was moving to, especially bc in Texas they are pretty rare! I thought for sure I’d be a regular! Their coffee is by far my favorite!
I have been to this location a few times and each time the service is horrible, it is so upsetting. I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon, I’ll stick to the one in southlake or highland village, which are both out of my way, so it won’t be often unfortunately.
I hope that someone soon steps in and trains the team on guest service, or simple kindness!

My experience with the employee was very nice. She was friendly and insightful but the iced latte she made me was the complete opposite of my experience. In hopes my next latte will be better I shall return.

My experience was great! It was at least half the cost of Starbucks. It will be my new iced coffee joint.

Meh it’s ok. I like the donuts at the mom & pop places better. And I don’t understand the hype about the coffee. I just went because of the drive thru & I do love their jelly munchkins.

I really want to see these guys succeed in my neighborhood since I love dd, however after my experience this morning it’s clear management really needs to get it together. After waiting 15 minutes in a not very long drive thru line I finally parked and went in. Not busy at all, took my order and I waited for two toasted bagles with cream cheese. After 20 minutes and three people asking me what I ordered, I went back to the register and asked to swap out the bagel order for two muffins and left. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was about a 5 for busy and they had about 15 people working but they just couldn’t get orders out. It was apparent the staff was young and lacked training and were very confused. The manager was just ignoring the floor and focused on making food, giving zero direction to staff. If I owned this dd he would not be in a job.

Dunkin’ Donuts needs to stick with what they do best. Donuts and coffee. Their sausage sandwich and kolaches are not good.
However, the pumpkin donut and pumpkin pie donut were very delicious. The pumpkin crème brûlée latte is great.
Will be back for their donuts.
