Chick-fil-A

The employees are a bunch of kids who clearly do not take pride in what they do. The drive thru service is terrible 9 out of 10 times. I won’t be visiting a Chic fil A until their restaurants are fully automated.

Its a fast food chicken sandwich place. Its consistent.
The service is excellent though, nice, very polite service.

I’ve waited to write this review; I went twice before the renovation and twice since. The atmosphere has changed but the quality and the people hasn’t impressed me! I’ve been shorted nuggets twice out of the four visits as well as when going through the drive through provides such a pour experience! The people working here seem to be more engaged within their own inter workings than the guest.

I normally order about $ 500 a week from chick fil a for business lunches and I HATE when I have to use this location. No matter what time I ask to have the order ready, it’s never ready. I’ve had to wait 20 min for a few orders to be completed. I will no longer be using this location when I need to be in this area. Management– you should address these issues so more business is not lost. I haven’t had issue with any other location through the DFW area.

We enjoyed dining in this Chick-​fil-​A for lunch the other day. The customer service is very good and everything you would expect from one of their restaurants. Even though they were very busy they had an employee who appeared to be stationed at the lobby making sure everything was stocked and that customers had freshly cleaned tables for them to chose from which is always appreciated.
They do have a small play area inside the store. As a parent I like to be able to sit in the same area to eat and be able to watch my daughter instead of behind the closed door of an enclosed room. It can be difficult to find a table in the lobby where I can both eat and watch my child. They have a small bench inside the play room but there’s no way all the parents could sit there at one time for one and forget about eating in the enclosed play area as there are no tables in there and a sign asking that food and drinks NOT be taken inside. Unfortunately the setup at this location and many others makes it easy for some parents not to properly supervise their children.
We showed up for a late lunch and they were still busy. Our order was correct, quick to come out, fresh and hot. As far as food goes this location is what you come to expect from Chick-​fil-​A. Their fresh lemonade is always amazing. :)
One area that does concern me is the way the drive-​thru has a way of overflowing into the street which allows customers who aren’t thinking to block street traffic. Employees were seen taking orders outside with mobile cash registers trying to keep the line moving so I’m not sure what can be done to keep folks from causing traffic issues.
Yes we will be back here to enjoy everything wonderful about their food. The ONLY reasons I don’t give them a 5 star rating is because of the concerns I have with the design of the play area. Having it closed off makes it too easy for kids to go unsupervised which can be dangerous. The situation with drive-​thru line causing traffic to back up needs to be addressed as well. If those two problems were dealt with they would get a 5 star rating in my book.

Great family restaurant. Quick and relatively healthy (depends on what you order). The owners are very supportive of local schools and activities. It feels good to support a local business and get a nice meal at a good value too.

Extremely clean and nice staffs.

I’ve been to so many chickfila’s in my life but this one will always be my favorite. Their food has always been better than other locations and I don’t really know why haha. But the line always goes fast even when it looks extremely long! It’s super clean and everyone is always super friendly. Caroline has been working there forever and she is my favorite employee! Always very friendly and always recognizes me when I come through the line! Best Chickfila ever!

I’ve never had a bad experience with any chic-​fil-​a but this one is my favorite. Super speedy and friendly. Jason is an excellent manager.

We always stop by here when I come to visit for a breakfast chicken biscuit. The workers are always friendly and the place is usually busy in the morning. The biscuit is always flaky and the chicken is the BEST! So happy they are opening more locations in the Bay area!

Although this is fast food it is the most real fast food you can get! None of that fake crap you get at McDonald’s!
The lines move pretty fast, and they have one of the best milkshakes in my opinion. Their raps aren’t the best but you gotta give them credit for what they got. A solid ⁸⁄₁₀ in the fast food category.

Extremely efficient location — the line may LOOK long at times, but don’t let it get you down, they move it very quickly with almost zero errors in orders! Impressive.
I think the flavors of the food are good, if you want chicken nuggets, this is the place to go. I love their chicken tortilla soup and chicken noodle soup, and their little salads are a good portion as well.
The chicken salad sandwich is not worth it to me, nor are the wraps (the tortilla tastes funky to me) — but they do, indeed, have the best tea and milkshakes!

Really like this Chick-​fil-​A location because it’s on my way home on the days when I work. I have always been a fan of Chick-​fil-​A in general because they are a Christian organization who treats their employees well and closes on Sunday. Don’t get me wrong, I do get a little disappointed when I want my Chick-​fil-​A fix on Sunday and remember they aren’t open! Although the drive-​through line moves quite fast, the set up of it is not ideal in the least bit. The length of the line often time depends on whether cars who parked and went in to eat can back out or not! You would be smart to park on the other side of the building so you have no trouble leaving when you are finished eating. Sometimes I wonder what these people were thinking when they built this place! Anyways, the inside is always spotless and they are always generous with their sauces, and even ask you if you would like any when you use the drive-​through. At other fast food places I always feel like I am interrogating someone when I ask for sauces, so it’s nice that I don’t have to do that here. Staff is always friendly and serve food with a smile. A great location with great people working there.

With Chic fil A you always know what’s on the menu — chicken! This particular location always has friendly staff and is clean and usually fast. I take away one star because I always order my grilled chicken sandwhich with no lettuce or pickle (I want tomato only) and about half the time they get it wrong.
Always busy during lunch and dinner times but they get through the lines pretty quick. Food quality is always consistent and I think they have the best milkshakes of any fast food chain.

Not a big fan of chikin. Mor a beef eater. Those cows look mighty tasty.
My daughters love it so I’m here often. Guess I’ll be eating mor chikin.

The staff are amazingly friendly! My orders are correct 95% of the time & the food is Chik-​fil-​a good!

While this location still has some of the same issues that I mentioned before (like being super duper trigger happy with their microphones at the drive-​thru… Seriously guys, get the full word out before taking your finger off the button), I happened upon something here that I hadn’t even previously considered.
I’ve looked at their breakfast menu a bit and pretty much just stuck with the basics: chicken biscuit, chicken minis, plain biscuit. I had a sausage biscuit at a Chick-​Fil-​A once and wasn’t impressed at all, so I avoid the sausage.
But when I drove up to this one the other day, they had a sign on their speaker box showcasing their breakfast burritos. One was sausage, so that one was out, but the other was chicken. A chicken breakfast burrito? I’m intrigued.
So I ordered one (and a Dr Pepper, of course. Still holding the #2 position on my Dr Pepper Deliciousness list (fast food edition)), and am now completely addicted. Sweet jesus those things are good.
I mean, I’ve been to Torchy’s Tacos and had fried chicken on a taco before, but I didn’t think about it really working in a fast food breakfast capacity. But it did.
Fried chicken (think chicken nuggets, cut in half), scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and then peppers/​onions (couldn’t tell if these were somehow grilled or just sauteed– but either way, they were amazing) all wrapped up in a big tortilla. And the burrito is bigger than I expected: probably twice the size of a Whataburger taquito (and only moderately more expensive, unless Whataburger is doing their 99 cent taquito special– but even then it’s extra to add cheese).
I’m ashamed to say that I’ve had three of these damn burritos this week. Three! Between Tuesday and Friday. Sad, but true.
These are, of course, offered at ALL Chick-​Fil-​A locations (one of my burritos was purchased from the one in Lewisville), but this is the only location I’ve seen advertising them so prominently: on the speaker box at the drive thru, on top of the registers inside…
So yeah. A note to Chick-​Fil-​A: I want you to have these bad boys available all day long. Please. Pretty pretty please. If I’m off work, the odds of me getting to a location before the 10.30am breakfast cut-​off time is slim. I want to eat one of these for dinner.
On second thought, maybe it’s good that I can only get these for about 4 hours a day. It’ll limit my intake…

Guess I am a little bit of a Chick-​Fil-​A snob, but this one didn’t seem to have quite the service I have come to expect of other Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants.
