I hate even having to put a one star on this. I would prefer to have a 0 star in place here. After entering this location and seeing the staff member Matt casually talking with a friend, I also noticed how disgusting the lobby of this location was. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned all night. We started our order and was rudely interrupted by Matt with the question«is this going to be a large order». After explaining that it is only 3 sandwiches We continued. We get through the first sandwich and he states that the microwave doesn’t work and we can either have it cold or toasted. If we mentioned at the beginning of the order that we would like it warmed, the proper response time would be then to let us know that it isn’t working not at the end of the order. After we began the second order it was constant«oh we don’t have that right now». It wasn’t like it was ten o’clock for crying out loud it was 7. The next issue to be addressed is food handling. The distance between this«sandwich artist» mouth and the sandwich was no more that 2 inches. I couldn’t tell if he just couldn’t see or if he just felt that obligated to get close to his work. Not a real artist you don’t need to make sure there is no crumb unturned…

This location is not my favorite. There’s a 50⁄50 chance of getting terrible service. There are a couple of employees who do a great job but the rest are inefficient and unfriendly. I will not even go into detail of the bad experiences I’ve had. I still frequent this location but only because it is convenient at times.

I’ve been to this location several times, and I’m really disappointed. For many months now, their credit card reader is only functioning sporadically. I rarely carry cash, so when this happens I have to find an alternate plan for lunch. Today, once again, their card reader was non-functional. Since I work very close by and didn’t have time to go anywhere else, I ran back to the office and borrowed cash. When I went back and ordered, my meatball sandwich was stone cold, there was no ice in the soda machine, and they were totally out of iced tea. I was told I could wait 10 minutes while they made more, but I was out of time and patience. At this point, it will be easier to just avoid this location altogether for me.

Meh this location has really gone downhill. I came here for breakfast with my parents and there was only 1 person working and he seemed unmotivated to work and barely even said anything other than ask us what we wanted on our sandwiches. At first we weren’t even sure if they were open because the light up signs in the window were turned off but the door was unlocked so we went in. We weren’t greeted when we walked in and it was weird walking up to the counter not knowing if we could order or not. The iced tea machines weren’t working either so we had to use the soda machine at 8 am since we didn’t want coffee.

Typically, I’m not a fan of Subway. As far as sandwich shops go, I think there better ones. However, someone brought in a bunch of Subway coupons to work. A couple of us were hungry for lunch before a meeting, so I ran over to this location to grab us some sandwiches. Service was prompt, and the«sandwich artist» knew I was clearly ordering at least one sandwich that wasn’t mine(as I had to read off a piece of paper), and she didn’t rush through anything to give me time to make sure I got the other girl’s sandwich right. I’ve been sad since Subway(at least locally) stopped carrying the provolone cheese, as that is my preferred sandwich cheese o’choice. Normally, I just suck it up and get the white American cheese. But I saw that they had sliced cheddar(I think they introduced it because of the breakfast sandwiches), so I opted for that. It was a good cheese– not overly sharp or overly boring. Decent thickness. When I was asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and I replied«no», I didn’t get a shrug or attitude(other Subway locations, for some reason I’ve yet to figure out, seem annoyed that I don’t want my sandwich toasted. If I wanted a toasted sub, I’d go to Quizno’s or Schlotzsky’s, both of whom have better hot/toasted sandwiches), so that was awesome. All of the veggies looked really fresh(especially the tomatoes, which I really regret not asking for extra, as they were so delicious), even if they did try to go crazy on the lettuce as usual. Once I got to the register with my coupon, there was an issue. The coupon specifically said«any size drink», but the manager-type tried to insist that it had to be the 32 oz size. Once she came over to look at the coupon, she relented and let me do the Buy One-Get one Free with the small drink. I will say that this sandwich is one of the best I’ve had from Subway in a very long time. I haven’t had a lunch sandwich from this location before(just breakfast), and I was really impressed. All of the veggies were crisp/ripe, the meat tasted good, and the bread was appropriately soft without being soggy. Overall, I really liked my sandwich and I was in and out of Subway quite quickly. despite the coupon confusion that warranted three people to figure it out. I will mention, though, that their«small» size sodas are huge for being called«small». I ordered a small thinking I was going to get the smallest cup I saw on the stand next to the register… apparently, that was a kid’s size or a water cup. This cup was at least 20+ ounces. The sandwich I had here the other day makes me actually want to come back to this Subway, especially if I’ve got another coupon.
