Horrible experience., no avocado in my sub! Even Though I paid for it. Sorry to even wasted my time and money here. Black girl was so rude and didn’t even care to say sorry.

Agree this location has consistency issues in both customer service & preparing orders. We always pickup because we are considered outside their delivery area(less than 5 miles). Next time we order will from the Lewisville location a little further East on 1171. Less problems & better service.

The staff at jimmy johns is amazing. They are extremely professional and courteous… They go above and beyond to make sure the customer has a wonderful experience. The sandwiches are the best ive ever had. The bread and the meat are fresh everyday. I recommend jimmy johns to anyone who wants a perfect sandwich experience

I love jimmy johns but the service I received from this location was not good. I ordered a number 12, got my food home and saw there was no meat on it. I drove back to have it remade. No apologies were given from the employees. I got the 2nd sandwich home noticed no cumcubers. I rarely go to this location, and never will again.

I have been visiting this location for about 4 years pretty regularly and they have never gotten my order wrong. They are fast, the food is fresh. No complaints, not sure why this location only has 3 stars. Anyways just give it a shot.

Came in for a quick lunch break. Food was good and quick but staff was so loud it was hard to even concentrate. Slamming chairs around on the tile floor and cutting up in the back was a major turn off for me. Better to get it and go in my opinion.

I adore Jimmy Johns and can eat it up to 2 times a week. My order is ALWAYS the same. A number 6 with extra veggies and light cheese.(I am easy to please) May I remind you a number 6 consists of 5 ingredients.(Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese and avocado spread) It’s funny that I read another review from this location being inconsistent because it’s SO true. Every time I come here, they find a way to mess up my sandwich. Not to mention how slooooow they are. I made one last visit to this location because, I am not kidding, they put extra cheese and NOVEGGIES. Okay, maybe 2 slices of tomato and a handful of lettuce. Seriously? Then after waiting 15 minutes for this abomination of a sub, they wouldn’t fix it and refused to take it back. Freaky Fast? More like Freaky Slow and Freaky Inconsistent.

You’re better off driving further down 1171 to the other Jimmy John’s. I have yet to get a sandwich made correctly here after 6 visits. It’s become a joke with my wife and I so we always stand at the register after we’ve paid so we can watch them make the sandwiches. Otherwise we’ll get home with everything wrong. I love Jimmy John’s but this location is too inconsistent and the only reason we frequent it is due to it being the closer location. Go somewhere else… I may have to eventually.

Jimmy’s is my goto place for a fast lunch. Nothing fancy, just FAST, clean and great. Price is about perfect, typical order is a #14 w/cheese, bag of chips and a soda. during the non rush hours the sandwich is usually done about the same time I’ve finished getting my soda and grabbing the chips. In and out in under 5 minutes. Can’t beat that. This location does have the music up a bit to much sometimes but I’ve seen that in about all the Jimmy Johns. My guess is that they are trying to stop folks from sitting around all day. Eat and get out fast.

I got a turkey sub from there and the sandwich was not edible… I called and the rep was very argumentative with me… strike one… told me that he wasnt authorized to give refunds… strike 2… told me that I needed to follow up with the manager… strike 3… he’s out. I told him that he needs to call a manager and get it authorized and cc alled me back. He had such attitude. …no bueno…
