Subway

This subway was awesome! Tony B was super nice and customer friendly. Store was clean. Everything looked full and stocked. I had an enjoyable experience.

Compare to other locations, this location is always clean, well stocked & fresh. Handful of times I’ve been here I thought their service was good, too. When I visited today, guys greeted «welcome to subway.» to every single customers entering the store so I think their management is focusing on their customer service as well. For a nation wide chain store, the subs are quite decent– cant beat their fresh veggies. They aren’t too skimpy on loading the veggies up either.

Visit for Breakfast and Lunch mostly.
Location/​Atmosphere:
A little difficult to find from the road because the strip it’s in faces away from FM 1171. It’s on the Sonic end of the building, with Scooters Coffee on the opposite end. You can grab your breakfast sandwich, AND your coffee in one shot! Convenient. The only thing that would make this Subway more convenient would be if it had a drive through.
Target audience:
People who like hoagie style sandwiches.
Time Required:
Less than 5 minutes with no line. I have been in and out in under 2 minutes (no toasted sandwiches).
Pre-​Requisites:
None. Menu is easy to read, glass-​clung prompts are helpful visual aides if you get lost during ordering and the staff is ever asking you questions. Beginner level eatery.
Food:
Deli food. Great selection, and that accounts for most of the accolades. I typically get turkey and cheese with just about every vegetable available on Italian Herb and Cheese bread. It is always satisfying. And my husband rotates his sandwiches, the latest is the meatball sub — and he customizes his veggies, meat and cheese on that as well and devours it! It’s reliable Subway flavors.
Staff/​Server:
I am greeted when I enter the store, and eye contact is made at appropriate times. The staff is polite and accommodating; I don’t expect cheerful — but that’s always a welcome surprise!
Food for the money:
As acceptable as one can expect from Subway! Being able to completely customize your sandwich for around $ 6 is a well earned excellent deal.
Culinary Integrity Awareness:
The store has always been clean when I’ve visited (early morning, noon-​ish and afternoon), their active preparation of the sandwiches seems sanitary, efficient and organized.
Overall, I do not make a habit of using emotion in my reviews, this Subway acts, appears and tastes the same as many other Subways, and that is acceptable (and even desired) for a food chain.

Not the best service! People were slow and rude, and my sandwich sucked.
This place was actually the last Subway I ever went to… That bad.

Worse Subway I’ve ever been to!
Not only does the bread taste stale, sandwich has no flavor.
But worse of all is the staff! Rude, unhappy & extremely slow!
I’ve waited in line 15 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me!
