McDonald’s

Really nice, comfortable McDonald’s.
The food is what you’d expect. And the staff is very nice and polite.
They have a nice area for the kid’s to play. And comfortable tables and chairs for the adults. Not a bad place to pull the laptop out and get some work done either.

This was my first visit to this location. My youngest daughter LOVES to play at «Donald’s» so we visit one at least twice per week. We just moved back to TX from WA so we are still learning where to go around town. We took her to the Main St. location and were disgusted. After that experience we started searching for a half way decent location that has good service and a clean store, something I know can be difficult to find especially in fast food. So far this location has delivered. We will keep going to this one as long as everything is as good as it was today. :)

I will never go back to this location! This disobedient little boy was pushing my child, not letting him go up onto the play place, and finally shoved him off a 3 foot toddler toy without him knowing it was coming. That was the last straw before I decided to see where this kid’s parents were to let them know how rude their child was being. I couldn’t find them so another parent let me know that he was one of the workers’ children!!! This is NOT a daycare!!! So I went up to the counter demanding to know who the parents of this child (and his brother, but he was fine), and the manager said they were his & his wife’s. Yes, they both work there. I proceeded to let them know what their kid was doing and how badly my child could’ve gotten injured and he made his wife (who was on break & still not even watching her kids) go do something. She said something to him in Chinese and went and sat right back down. I understand that kids will be kids but if she had just been watching hers, this wouldn’t have happened. Two other families were so bothered by the incident that all of us starting getting our kids shoes on and left. Once again, this is not a daycare! And those boys were way too rambunctious and rude to not be supervised. That man and woman should be fired so they have more time at home to discipline their children. That is no way to raise boys! The male proceeded to give me dirty looks the whole time, like I was in the wrong. My son wasn’t antagonizing or instigating this boy in any way. He was just being a bully. And I know now exactly where he learned it from. Shame on them! I not once ever received an apology!!! If you want to go to a play place where the worker’s children think they own the place… This is the location for you! I’m disgusted in the costumer service.

The service is absolutely terrible. I can’t even give this place 1 star (but Unilocal!says I have to)! Here it is, 2:40am and they can’t even get a Diet Coke with easy ice right. I would like ice in my Diet Coke please, not Diet Coke in my ice! Come on! It’s too easy! Pay attention to the little details and you will make customers happy. I had previously come through and had the same thing happen, only this time it was onions. I used to work at McDonald’s, I know what it’s like to get a picky customer, but get the order right the first time and there won’t be a problem. And just because I’m white, don’t think I don’t know I bit of Spanish! Cussing a customer out in Spanish is never okay Mika!

Newly remodeled yet they didn’t put a changing table in. When I tried to inquire about it. All I received was a blank stare. It’s dirty and service poor. I was the only one in the restaurant yet I had to ask for someone to take my order.

As far as McDonald’s go this one is great! The playground is awesome and new, and big! The food is of course not great but it’s McDonald’s already, and I didn’t come here for great food I came here to entertain my 3 year old. I’ve been to terrible mcdonalds before and this one is one of the best!

I’ve heard a LOT of hate about this McDonald’s from a lot of different people (and not just on the internet), but I’ve got to say that I have never encountered a problem. Ever.
I swore off going to the McDonald’s on 3040 in Lewisville at MacArthur after a ton of problems (refusing to give me more than 1 honey packet without charging 25 cents per packet? credit card machine ALWAYS down, and neglecting to tell me until after I make my order? wrong/​cold food? yeah– I’m done there). The McDonald’s at 3040 next to the Tom Thumb in Lewisville isn’t open 24 hours, so they’re usually out if I’m going in to work super early or leaving work super late.
I think a lot of the reason why I haven’t had any problems with this McDonald’s is that I go there during non-​peak times. 4am? 12am? 9pm? Yeah, not prime busy times.
But nothing in my order has ever been wrong, their credit card machine has never been down, and the one guy I see working there most frequently is friendly.
I’ll totally keep going there for what I’ve always called «egg-​a-​muffins» (with no cheese).

Has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to so far. It’s dirty and the manager is clueless.
There were 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 kids. She asked me what we like to drink. I said water. She gave us just 1 cup. So I told her that there’s 4 of us and we need 4 cups. I guess I interrupted her conversation. She looked annoyed.
I think her name is Mirela or something like that.
