Friendly staff and a very nice facility. It’s also easy to get too. My visit went rather quickly and it wasn’t too expensive compared to other ER’s I’ve visited. I would say as far as ER’s go this one is top notch.

Be very careful about going to this ER room. They will literally fleece you at this place. My son was treated here for an hour to do an ultrasound (after a suspect referral from Medical City Chidren’s Urgent Care Flower Mound). They sent us five different bills exceeding $ 14,000. With insurance, the bills dropped to $ 4,000 which was still completely ridiculous to do just an ultrasound. We ended up paying $ 1,000 out of pocket instead of paying $ 100 to do the ultrasound at any other normal facility.
The doctor at the Medical City urgent care specifically recommended that we go to this ER versus any other facility. Seems to be a model to drum up business for a new ER facility. As I started out, be very careful of going to this facility. Expect to receive ridiculous bills. We have escalated this issue with our insurance provider who are reviewing the case with their medical review board.
