Jeffrey Blasko

I met Jeffrey via my wife (an attorney) and his, working together on occasion in the international trade law business. She (Aricia) has since become his full time partner. Both of them are very sharp individuals, and know the real estate business inside out. (Jeffrey comes from the banking business prior to being an agent, and Aricia was an executive with a Fortune 500 firm here in Dallas) Anyway, we were 7.5 years, and 7 different agents into not selling an older remodeled Victorian home in Lakewood when we first hired Jeffery. (We weren’t living there, and had a double mortgage the entire time) What I noticed most is that he didn’t give up after 6+ months and start to «fade» like the other agents we had prior. He even rolled up his sleeves and helped me haul a bunch of junk to a dumpster one day (what agent does that?) The house sold… we made a decent buck, and we immediately began looking at a new house. (Because my wife is crazy!) Actually because the commute from 121 & Preston to the office @ Spring Valley & the toll road got incredibly bad over the last 8 years. Well… after looking at 60+ houses, I was ready to give up… but Jeffrey always seemed determined to find us the right home. We are living in it now… and have recently put our other house on the market, and it had an offer in the first week. The contractual process (paper flow) is always thorough with these two… Jeffrey even saved us thousands on our current home when he noticed that a 3^rd party lender had committed fraud and added at least $ 10,000 more in fees. I could go on and on, but my coffee is getting cold…
The bottom line… if you are looking for a very qualified «team» to see you through the entire cumbersome process of buying or selling a home… you cannot go wrong with these two.
