This is my local Kroger. It’s been ok but been noticing some frustrating things. The deli kiosk goes ignored. This was the third time I’ve been there where they were not busy and it took them 45 minutes to get to the order. I then had to bag 300 worth of groceries by myself because they didn’t have a bagger and in my way out noticed the self help attendant stuffing her face with bread… Not professional and getting rapidly disillusioned. Also, they need to get rid of that stupid olive bar and put in a salad bar. They’d make a ton more money and it would be greatly appreciated by the patrons.

Jay replaced an egg that dropped out of my egg carton — completely understanding and quick to run to the back to replace it when I did not even noticed I had broken it — great man!

This Kroger was in terrible condition when I first saw it about a year ago. It was filthy, unorganized and very small. However, the did major expansion and reconstruction last year, and it is double the size of what it was. It looks a lot cleaner and a lot more organized. Some of the people who work at the cash registers used to be major a holes, but I don’t see them working there anymore. All in all, great progress!

Since I’ve been trying out several markets, I need to give this one props. They are remodeling and this can be frustrating to find what you need OR you can reap the rewards with their clearance and mark downs they have from making tons of space in the store. I choose to horde the goods :) Most cashiers are very young, but the ones I’ve encountered were super nice and weren’t mean if I mentioned price discrepancies. They were well trained to be customer service orientated and other Krogers aren’t like that! I give four stars, because some meat selection is poor(fish prices were decent). Large cheese collection for the store size and they have okay supermarket sushi(not gross like sprouts, but not as good as a very large Krogers).

This is the Kroger that I always go too, mainly because its location compared to my work and home. They have excellent hours as well and are open really late, which is great for my lifestyle. I think the layout is a little weird but its nice inside. They have a decent wine and beer selection. There is usually some type of sale on wine as well, which is also great for my lifestyle. The meat selection is pretty weak sauce though and I don’t go here to buy a lot of my meat. I tried the sushi from here once. Don’t do that. It’s gross. There is a decent bakery and produce section though. The staff has always been really friendly to me and courteous. Always answers my questions and helps in any way they can. I recommend this store if you’re in the area.

I don’t review a lot of grocery stores. but this one needs it. The good– Nice shopping center. Spacious store. The bad– The folks who work there aren’t friendly. There is clearly some kind of managment issue. I have trouble finding the products I want and the layout seems odd. Even though the other Kroger is further away from my house. and in an older shopping center… I prefer it. That says a lot. This store has treated my wife rudely at least twice. and while my experiences aren’t horrible. they aren’t wonderful either. I will stick with Tom Thumb and the other Kroger instead. This store needs to clean house at the top.

Not sure why I did not write a review sooner but my review is very mixed. This tends to be the Kroger I prefer to go to. The store seems well kept and I know where to find things. The checkout staff is always super nice and so are the stockers. However, something is amiss with the management team. They can pass you in an aisle and not say 1 word to you. They neve ask if you need help but the other staff do. I have shopped there for 3 years and it really has always been that way. And I will say that there are times that I have gone to Tom Thumb because of this. ALL staff at Tom Thumb make you feel like they appreciate your business. I would not suggest buying any of the meat or fish that is marked down at this Kroger. I had maked down fish and had food poisoning that it took forever to get over. I will never do that again and they really should not be selling it anyway. I went there yesterday and when I walked in the store I had to pass an employee who was smoking near the lawn furniture. When I left out I passed 2 employees smoking. This is unacceptable. If employees want to smoke, I am okay with that but really? Can they be in an area where customers and kids are not walking by?

Greats deals on meat but the meat isn’t very good. Got their ribeye special. The meat was very tough. Everything else is like every other Kroger. Good, fresh produce. Decent selection of cheese. I shop here because it’s convenient.

Not laid out as well as the Kroger on Cross Timers but pretty much the same items. The shopping center this Kroger is in is nicer than the store on Cross Timbers with the«dancing fountains» and Starbucks. Their 3 for $ 10 Bay Bridge label makes for a great option when cracking open that second(or third) bottle.
