Untapped, hidden gem of a place! Perfect location for Argyle, Lantana, Highland Village, and north-west Flower Mound. This is a wonderful place for fresh, healthy, correctly portioned, correctly priced, high quality, non-GMO, non-hormone food. The salads(Thai) are fresh and very flavorful. The sandwiches(BTLA) are prepared superbly, and the pizzas(prosciutto) are right from the fire oven. They serve craft beers, offer $ 2& $ 5 red/white btg wines that are actually good for the casual wine drinker.(I’m a wine snob and would drink the $ 5 red/white wine any time.) The gen-manager, Lauren, spent ample time with me, talking food, industry, quality. She is a gem of a manager and I hope this place appreciates their store managers! I received 2 breakfast coupons(awesome) and I fully intend to take my wife and 4 children to this place often. Listen folks, this is not a gimmick-place, looking to steal your money with ambience and poor food. This is a place that has clean lines inside, clean food, polite and knowledgeable staff. This is the place you should be spending your precious time and money. You need to make this place your new regular. I am. Craig.

This place is great when I want healthy food fast. I always enjoy it! My only complaint is that I went a couple of weeks ago and I ordered a chipotle steak sandwich, and a lot of my meat was just fat, not meat. Although I was disappointed, I went back and like always, it was great! Might have just came on a bad day. I recommend this place if you want fresh, tasty food!

When we want healthy we go here. I love the seasonal salads, and bbq pizza, and they provide the nutritional value of everything you ordered on the receipt. This is a great place when you are want to eat out, but still want to keep towards your health goals.

It was our first time and they gave us free soft drinks with our meal! Great first impression. But I walked to the soda machine and they’re all local sodas… Blehhhh. I personally do not like local made sodas so I just drank the lemonade. It was refreshing. I ordered the chipotle steak sandwich with tomato soup. My bf ordered the farmers pizza and a salad. Out of everything, I thought the soup was the best… Yikes! The pizza had no sauce and was lacking in flavor. The sandwich was hot but the steak inside was cold. The salad was mediocre. Maybe because we came 30 mins before closing time but I thought our food was not made in the best quality. I will not be coming back.

Haven’t eaten here yet but we bought pizza dough from here over the Christmas holidays and it was wonderful. Would love to eat here in the near future.

I love this place. I’ve been to both this location and Southlake and like both a lot. The staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean. Anything I’ve ordered has been fresh and tasty. My only gripe after many positive experiences is this: today I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza to go, as well as the Bianco pizza. I got them home, and was disappointed to see the BBQ chicken pizza had hardly any chicken on it, just a few chunks. It tasted really good, but I think there should’ve been more chicken on it. The Bianco pizza was soooo good! So that’s my only gripe, and it’s a small one. Definitely not enough to keep me from coming back, but I wouldn’t order that pizza again.

We recently ate here for the first time and wasn’t impressed. First, they gave us a defective electronic device to let us know our order was ready. I thought this was taking a unusual amount of time for our food & realized people that arrived after us were receiving their orders. When I inquired it was discovered that our food had been sitting on the counter. It was cold, not warm, and they were aware of the problem and did not offer to remake our order. Secondly, the Manager/Asst Mgr that walks around asking about our meal was told about our food and he just fluffed over it and started talking about the weather. Maybe the food would have tasted better if it wasn’t cold. We left with our less than ½ eaten meals on the table. Won’t be going back.

The food is great and the service is too. Just not a fan of the seating. When did the restaurants in America start thinking we liked to eat like Europeans? If I wanted to eat with people I don’t know, I would eat with them. I will eat here once in a while, but probably take out more so I can eat with friends or family.

I do love Modmarket. I’ve been to a few locations and have enjoyed it each time. My favorite has been the Red Chicken Melt but I always ask for the Spicy Chipotle sauce on the side. I do not like their sour dough bread though as it is really tough. I have subbed it out and gotten the multigrain bread which was really good. The pizzas here look awesome. I have tried the Cashew Butternut Soup and it was really good. I do love the fact you know how much calories are in the meal you have ordered and about to devour. Love this concept and it is a farm to table restaurant.

Love when a restaurant claims to have farm fresh food. My round belly would be flatter if I ate here every day. The Dijon chicken sandwich is bomb(I prefer with multigrain bread). Also tried the chicken chilli and butternut squash soups, they were okay — no orgasms there tho. The soda selection is even«healthier», they use cane sugar for all of them. No sweet tea, just unsweet(this is TX, all establishments should have the sweet tea). Over all good spot, I would come back!

Overpriced and undervalue. The food was average. I’m surprised at what people will pay when you sell a «trendy» concept in a nice environment. Doesn’t matter if the food is mediocre as long as they think it’s organic. If I knew there that many suckers, I’d have started one myself. Won’t RTE.

Fresh ingredients, great food, and kombucha on tap! Modmarket is my home away from home when not in Austin. The arugula mozz sandwich is an awesome go to!

Honestly was surprised by the quality of the food – especially for the price! One of the best brunches I’ve had and by far the cheapest I’ve had as well. The restaurant is very clean and modern. Everything we ordered was great. We had the Apple Pear Waffle, Spinach Bacon Scramble, Prosciutto and Egg plate, and the Arugula Mozz Sandwich. Fresh ingredients, fresh food. Really can’t complain. $ 3 mimosas are nice too heh Will definitely be back again when I’m home. It’s cool to see Flower Mound getting more hip hahah

This places hits on every cylinder! The food was great after fighting over multiple choices and good advice from the staff I decided on the red chicken melt… Which was absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to try other things on the menu. Just to note kids eat free after 5 I believe!

I love Modmarket. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and seem happy to be there. The restaurant itself is clean and modern. I love the open kitchen so you can see your food if you wanted. The menu is great(not overwhelming amount of options, but lots of different types of food. Everything I have had there is delicious and fresh. The pizza is great! If you are looking for something fresh and healthy you have to check out Modmarket.

I’ve been a big fan of Modmarket since they opened in the area. Sometimes we’ll stop by this location before or after grocery shopping across the street. I LOVE the nutritional information you get with your food on the receipt, and it also helps that the food is not just healthy, but super delicious. They believe in using real, whole foods and appropriately sized portions. I love the option to get a half sandwich with a cup of soup or half salad, too – although the salads are usually filling enough on their own. I’m glad to see more companies following Modmarket’s lead and including nutritional info for their foods, as well. This is definitely what we need more of.

Friday night stop in, about fourth full around 7ish. Got half Pepe pizza and half Flatiron salad. Pizza had great flavor profile, perfect crust, not too chewy not too crisp, can really tell the difference with the fresh ingredients. Salad was fine, greens were fresh, steak was flavorful but portion was small. Would have been much better if the meat, caramelized onions and potatoes were warm. Cold onions and colder potatoes are not the best fit in this type of salad. Be aware that if this place is full you may need a megaphone for your dining partners to hear you. The place is an echo chamber, long and narrow with hard surfaces on all 4 sides. Noise level was distracting even with so few people there. So go in off hours, food is good and fresh, worth the trip.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this unique little chain but I wanted to eat healthy and came here. I had the Fiesta Chicken Salad with a side of Rosemary sweet potatoes. The salad was a perfect mix of tender chicken, black beans, corn and avocado with a not to sweet balsamic dressing. The sweet potatoes are savory so if you don’t like the idea of Rosemary in your sweet potatoes stay away from this side. I think it’s an acquired taste and I’m warming up to it. The people next to me loved their pizza and their sandwich. I will be back.

Modmarket is not new to Texas but it is new to Flower Mound. This is a fast casual concept focuses on high quality and farm to table. The Venue Modmarket is clearly a well run business. The environment is hospital clean, trendy, and comfortable. Tight but simple seating options from high tops to tables and an outside patio. The Service Similar to Chipolte, Modmarket is a fast casual concept. It is kicked up a tiny bit. Ordering is off menu so one does not build the fool on the fly like at Chipolte. After ordering and paying and finalizing payment customers are given a buzzer with a number on it. When your food is ready it goes«off» and you retrieve your food. The Food — I ordered the following Basil Chicken Roasted Chicken, Basil Aioli, Tomato, Provolone, Arugula, Red Onions, Izzio’s Ciabatta Calories 594 | Fat 18g | Protein 40g | Carbs 52g | Fiber 3g | Sodium 522mg I really appreciate the caloric information which helps me track it in my handy iPhone app Lose it. When you eat at Modmarket you know exactly what you are putting in your body. Well done! My sandwich was tasty, fresh, and the Cibatta bread had a nice outer crunch while maintaining a good chew. Everything was fresh and it tasted amazing. Other interesting fact… Modmarket wants you to eat healthy. If you keep your receipt and show it within 7 days you get 10% off your next meal. A simple loyalty program that does not ask for a phone number or require yet another card on your keychain. I like the simplicity of it. Summary Modmarket should be on your list. Even if you don’t particularly want to eat healthy. The food is just good! Period. I have been back a couple of times since and had a salad both times. Delicious! As fast casual goes, this is as good as it gets.
