This is an initial review, which I will update in the coming weeks. After not having good customer service experiences with two other local pool companies, I called Tamara at Quality H2O. The initial response has been fantastic. Tamara and one of her employees are coming over today to assess the problem (yellow algae) and determine next steps. They are coming also to clean the filter immediately. This is the type of service I was looking for in the other companies and wasn’t receiving.
Looking forward to provide an update in a few weeks when I have more to share.
