Same good food as always but this location is either understaffed or just inefficient. The drive thru and counter are always backed up and slow when
I come here.

I’m a huge fan of this Chickfila! Jeff is my favorite. He, along with everyone else are super friendly. Great management and staff. Always clean also which is a plus

We picked up food tonight and realized when we got home that we were missing an order of fries. When we called and told them, they sent someone to our home with a large fries!!! Wow! Talk about customer service!

This ChickFilA was SO accomadating for our Special Olympics team dinner! They made all of us coaches, volunteers and our athletes feel comfortable and welcomed.

This is hands down one of the worst Chick Fil a franchises I have ever visited. They mess up my order more often than not, perhaps because it appears everyone working there is about fifteen. The last time when they gave me the wrong size drink, I politely asked the cashier if what they had given me was a large (what I asked for). Her reply was, «we rang it up as a medium.» Unbelievable. She reluctantly fixed it without ever apologizing, but it amazes me that a restaurant with a reputation such as that of Chick Fil a would have such poor customer service. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the fact that it is so conveniently located.

What can you say about Chick-​fil? I haven’t gone to one location that doesn’t ROCK!!! The customer service and the food is always excellent. Just remember for this location there are three schools around the surrounding restaurant so breakfast time is slammed pack.

Have to give 5 stars as this place is most always on point!!! MOrnings– on the ball– lunch– on the ball– in out– mostly drive through and few mistakes. Friday nights I think are for training so can get slow and messed up– but hey– they gotta get trained!
I pick up here mostly for my son for school and grab a handful of sandwiches so he can keep some for Football practice (some still warm after 5 hrs.!) Good mgt and kudos to keeping this FB location going!

The food is always fresh. The grilled chicken sandwich is a favorite, as is the fresh lemonade. But this main thing this place has going for it is the staff. They are very well trained, polite, and efficient. We will be dining here often.

Food was fresh, tea was sweet, they are always nice.

The service here is so good that it’s almost over the top. The place is clean and well run.
But seriously… who designed this building? It’s missing a door on its right side! For the amount of people coming in and out, it’s a pretty strange layout.

Always friendly, fast and clean. Nothing like a chick-​fil-​a sandwich! Hate their fries though!

Chick-​Fil-​A trains their employees well. Everyone is always SUPER nice and courteous and the establishment is always impeccably clean and well stocked. I wonder what the staff WOULDN’T do. One time, it was raining super hard and an employee, wearing a poncho and carrying a humongous umbrella, was walking patrons to their cars so we wouldn’t get soaked. Much love to this chain! This is a newer, VERY busy location of this popular Atlanta based chain. As with all Chick-​Fil-​As, the food is consistently awesome, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and efficient and the restaurant (including the bathrooms) extremely clean.
I went at lunch time on a Saturday and it was slammed, but they were prepared with three (THREE) staff members outside expediting orders for the endless cars using the drive thru (awesome). Although walk in traffic was just as numerous, they seemed to have staffed appropriately for the masses (obviously NOT their first rodeo) the wait was longer than average, but not excessive.
I am always impressed with the consistent quality of this chain across all their locations.
