I’ve only been here a few times but great staff and did enjoy what I got. I prefer subway as Im picky and like subs that are not baked but Firehouse had many options, good crowd, good service and seems to be always crowded. Sub values were ok compared to other subs and have to say I’ll be back. It doesn’t have to have tons of meat– I for for the sub taste, and selection of meats and veggies mixed with the right bread. Usually may peel off some bread anyway but very happy with what they have. Will be back.

This was my first time and I’m pretty picky when it comes to fast food and sub shops. But I was pleasantly surprised.
There were plenty of people in there eating & I saw a lot if employees, I’m glad they were well staffed. I was happy to see light options & ordered the hook and ladder. I’m not a big fan of oversized, overstuffed messy subs. So to see this, was great. It was perfect. My boyfriend had one of the large messy subs and loved it as well. I don’t remember what the name of his sub was but he said it was flavorful. It took about 3 minutes for our subs to be brought to the table which was great!
This firehouse has amazing service. The manager was greeting people, asking how the food was & would clear the tables. Besides the manager asking us how everything was, another employee came by as well. This place was very clean, as far as I saw. There was nothing on the tables, chairs or floors. I can’t find one negative for this place so 5 stars, they earned it!

Very clean, fast and courteous service, and Tom who took my order remembered my name and checked in with me a few more times to make sure everything was good. Subs are more expensive than the «foot long» shops, but if you split a large with your companion, you’ll save some bread!

the first thing I noticed was the entire staff looked miserable. the half hearted greetings were laughable but we chocked this up to a new staff that may not be comfortable with each other yet. we ordered and waited for our name to be called. a girl came with our food shortly but was wandering around asking us what we ordered. what’s the point of having names attached to orders if it doesn’t help with identifying customers? These were small crimes really and the only thing motivating me to write a review were the two strings of plastic in my boyfriends’ sandwich. no thank you

These subs are amazing… I’m just not convinced they are $ 9 each combo amazing. The staff is great, the service is fast and the food is good — but, the parking blows, the seating is tight and it cost me $ 20 bucks for two sammy combos.
I would totally come just to drink items from the awesome drink machine.

New location, abundantly staffed by well trained people. This site just opened in January 2013 and they already had a good sized crowd eating there on a sunny Sunday afternoon. They had a crazy amount of people working there too– 7 that I could count. Perhaps that’s why they bussed the table the second I finished my sandwich. They were table side so fast it felt like it was a special effect in a sci-fi movie.
If you’ve never tried these subs, you should! They are way more interesting and tastier than the competition. They also have the new Coke Freestyle beverage machine that allows you to pick from 160+ drink choices (e.g. Sprite Zero Peach or Coke Zero Vanilla Cherry). The sandwiches took a little bit longer to make than other locations, but that’s to be expected with a newly opened outlet. I’m happy they’re here, close to my home.
