Okay, the director called me. They will not refund but will consider giving me a credit if I come in and let her get her hands in my hair because it will tell her the true story of what happened. I think she fancies herself the«hair whisperer». At this point I’m not really interested in going back in there. Actually, I’m thinking of suing for punitive damages to my fragile self esteem because I look like a complete idiot.

Salon Pure was my salon for 2 years, I was very happy for the first year and one half. They started getting busier and busier and began appreciating your business less and less. After being treated indifferently for about 6 months I stopped spending 150.00 –180.00 every 6 weeks(plus at lease a 20% tip) with salon Pure and started spending my money with stylist that appreciate your business. I waited my last time for them to service their friends and family before their appointments. Because I love The products I continued to purchase some there and some at the store at the Mall of Ga. Today was the last money I’ll spend there period! I’ll learn to use a different product. I went in to make a purchase only to see a new product I was interested in. There were 2 people at the front desk but neither offered any help. I found the product I needed and went to the counter only to be completely ignored for 2 – 3 minutes because someone was doing«her paperwork». What happened to helping your customer first or at lease acknowledge the fact I’m there to give you money. Sorry I loved my hair with Pure stylist and love the products even though they are costly, but I refuse to give that much money to someone that could care less. I’m done!

I just moved to the Flowery Branch area from Atlanta and was concerned about finding a good salon in the area. This salon has an upscale feel without the upscale intimidation. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. From the first phone call with Tyler for an appointment to the excellent service by Abby and Erin, the customer service was awesome. Erin transformed my hair and eyebrows into the perfect color for me. Abby gives the best shampoo and head massage ever. So happy I found this place!

I’ve been going to this salon for several months, they are expensive so you expect the best. After one week my hair color was washing out, I called right away so I could get them to do a re-touch, An appointment was set, I had the color redone on my roots only and they tried to charge me $ 60.00. The manager was rude and treated me like I’d committed a crime, it was their staff that set the appointment who should have made it clear on the schedule that I was there for a retouch. They allow you 7 days for any complaints and I had called within the 7 days, but they didn’t schedule me to come in until 2 weeks later due to the holidays. Unfortunately because the manager was so rude I wont be going back. Too bad they don’t value their customers a little more. There are plenty of salons in the area.

I just moved to Flowery Branch Ga from Arizona. I’ve been going to the same stylist most of my life so I was really nervous to find something new. I decided to go to SalonPure because the prices we reasonable. I was booked with Brady and I would have to say he did an amazing job on my hair. He layered it perfectly and made it come back to life. I will defiantly be going back to see him.

I’ve been coming to Pure since they opened in 2009. I get compliments non stop on my cut and color. I’ve referred several people and they love PURE too! Madison is awesome!!!
