Went in to get a cut and deep condition with a Groupon purchased for 30 $ I was placed with someone who had only shampooed one other time before. Got water splashed all over my face. The «stylist» then cut my hair way way shorter than I had discussed with her. When I called later that day, after letting my hair dry and seeing just how short it was curly, I said I wasn’t happy and what could they do. I was told I would be called back. A week later and still no call. I will never go back to this «salon» and will tell all friends and family to stay far away. I have learned my lesson and will not stray from my normal hair stylist in Flowery Branch ever again.

I recently came in with a Groupon and for full highlights and a cut. I was hoping this would be a good experience due to the positive reviews I read before hand. Unfortunately this was not the case. I saw Casey and she did a great job on the cut! She thinned out my hair and fixed some problem areas. However, upon closer examination the full head of bright blonde highlights I received were done very poorly. They are chunky and not well dispersed. She did not get close to my roots at all! And even in the very front of my bangs (the most noticeable area) she left a large chunk uncolored in that area. The closer I inspected the more disappointed I was… I found areas where I guess the color leaked out and caused what looks like spots and stripes near the root. Overall, very disappointing. She was a sweet girl and I’m sorry to have to write this but wanted others to have a heads up.

Sarah Harvey is an excellent stylist! My daughter, husband and I have been going to her for about 5 years. She really listens when you tell her what you want. We were so excited when she was able to open her own salon. The place is very classy, yet comfortable, just like Sarah! They offer many services at reasonable prices. Make an appointment with Sarah today and you will not be disappointed!
