Rude rude rude. Front desk clerk processes people like someone in a m6 on the wrong side of town. You are not greeted or welcomed. You are yelled at DNS processed. Place is old and needs an upgrade. Floor 2 had a huge pile of garbage that made entire floor stink. Floor 3 smells like a cat lives on it and the litter box isn’t changed. Yes rooms are good size and it’s none smoking. Smokers were even run from door. Good thing since hotel only had one door. Was glad to finally find a shower Ada room with 2 beds and sleeper sofa. Rare find and it runs out like this.

I stopped by here with my wife for two weekend nights last month. Whenever we arrived at the hotel we didn’t see anyone behind the desk and about a minute later we saw what we thought was an employee walk by us and head outside. A couple of minutes later she had pulled her car up to drop off area outside of the hotel and came back in. Finally after this random little wait we were able to check in. This hotel ended up being a clean and nice place. The lobby looks like it has been remodeled recently and in a way does not fit in with the rest of the hotel. Still, our room was pretty nice and had a refrigerator in it. The only thing that I disliked about it was that we ended up in a handicap room and so our shower did not really have a lip to keep the water in. Breakfast was included in the rate and had a good amount of food to it. My only other complaint about the hotel came from my wife who informed me that only 1 of their 3 machines in the fitness area was working. Thankfully it was the eliptical that worked as that was the one she wanted to use. The bottom line for me is that I might stay here again in the future. We got a really good rate on the room and the hotel was clean with a decent breakfast.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Here with baseball team for state tournament. Lady at front desk is the rudest I’ve seen. Gonna find out her name and report her.

Nice place to stay with a nice location, about half way between downtown Jackson and shopping in Flowood. The hotel has been renovated recently and is very clean, and the beds are nice and comfortable. On the down side, we had sort of mixed results with customer service — we extended our stay, and one staff member told us we would have to pay $ 20 extra to keep our same room, and then another didn’t mention a charge at all. Also, I don’t know if this is a Best Western thing or not, but the soaps left residue — I wear contacts, and we picked up a bar of Dial because the hotel soap left my fingers feeling filmy no matter how long I washed them.

We have stayed here twice simply for the value. On our second trip the value went way down. We got no maid service at all on our second day. The breakfast food was all eaten one morning by the time we went down to eat(still during breakfast hours). The cable was also out for all three days of our stay. Lastly most of the front desk staff was pretty indifferent to our presence and provided iffy service. We will stay elsewhere from now on.

For a new hotel I did expect better. Seemed nice outside and in. Until… I flipped my comforter open and saw crusty stains. Obiviosly not been washed. Had«person creases» too. I stripped the bed and exchanged the at the front counter. Manager was not in but told her the next morning. As I told the Manager the next morning this hotel was too nice to have lazy housekeepers. I have stayed there once since then and everything was fine. Just be aware and check your bed!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Usually, when I think of Best Western, I think of a lower quality of hotel, but I must admit that my thinking has changed. This location had great beds, clean rooms, and the offerings that you would expect from a 3+ star hotel. Good job Best Western; you have a new fan!
